"Senior, don't worry. I will get the Sword Energy Grass for you," Qingfeng Li turned and rushed towards the masses competing for the Sword Energy Grass.
He wanted to wake up the Dark Night Emperor because the latter was his guide and teacher in the self-cultivation world and Qingfeng Li would be more confident with the Dark Night Emperor at his side.
There were only three stalks of Sword Energy Grass in the valley and everyone was fighting to get them.
The moment Qingfeng Li ran near the grass, Erjian Zhao stopped him with a stab of his Silver Snow Sword.
Besides Erjian Zhao, Zhuang Hei from the Black Blade Sect, Gang Pan from the Stone Sect and Ta Xue from the Demon Blood Sect were also fighting for the Sword Energy Grass.
"Qingfeng Li, the Sword Energy Grass is mine. Get your ass out of here," Erjian Zhao sneered.
"The Sword Energy Grass is the result of sword energy condensation in the valley. How can you say it's yours?" Qingfeng Li asked disdainfully.
Erjian Zhao was as shameless as his junior brother Sanjian Zhao, declaring everything they wanted as theirs.
Erjian Zhao stabbed his sword at Qingfeng Li with a tremendous force while Qingfeng retaliated by slashing out a giant flame bolt from his sword that violently crashed into his opponent's sword.
On the other side, Zhuang Hei and Gang Pan began their fight, while Ta Xue was battling someone else. Their all wanted the Sword Energy Grass.
Klang, klang, klang…
Red Fiery Sword and Silver Snow Sword collided for dozens of times and the violent sword energy emitting from them spread outward and blasted the surrounding rocks into small pieces.

Qingfeng Li and Erjian Zhao both took one step back. With their sword techniques refinement on the same level, they were in a draw.
Qingfeng Li frowned and put away the Red Fiery Sword. Knowing he couldn't defeat Erjian Zhao with only sword techniques, he decided to switch to another attacking method.
"Mountain-Crushing Fist!" He whipped out his right fist abruptly and the Strangle Hell Fist turned his vital essence into a huge nature shadow which crashed onto Erjian Zhao's sword with a loud sound, forcing him to retreat a step.
With Strangle Hell Body refinement, Qingfeng Li's physique was unrivalled in his realm and could even block his rival's long sword.
"Such strong physique," Erjian Zhao's eyes turned grim.
He was no match for Qingfeng Li in physical strength since Qingfeng Li had forced him back with only one fist strike against his Silver Snow Sword.
Qingfeng Li continued his attacks with fist techniques and forced the pale-faced Erjian Zhao to retreat step by step
The Strangle Hell Fist was so powerful that each time Qingfeng Li smashed his fist on Erjian Zhao's Silver Snow Sword with a loud bang.
Erjian Zhao retreated continuously under Qingfeng Li's fist strikes.

With Dragon Steps, Qingfeng Li moved behind Erjian Zhao and punched him on the back. The latter was sent flying and spat out a mouthful of blood.
Then Qingfeng Li extended his right hand and plucked up one piece of Sword Energy Grass.
He pointed the Red Fiery Sword at the Sword Energy Grass and transferred all the sword energy from the grass to the Dark Night Emperor, eventually awakening him from his deep sleep.
The sword energy in the grass was of such a high-grade that one piece of it was already enough to wake up the Dark Night Emperor.
"Little one, you must take the other two pieces of Sword Energy Grass. The sword intent of fire contained within will help you gain insight," the Dark Night Emperor transmitted a message to Qingfeng Li.
Sword intent of fire?
Qingfeng Li was excited because sword intent would help him in mastering his sword techniques. As with the spirit realm energy shield, it could form a sword intent light veil to engulf his rival with attacks.
And the attacks of sword intent were similar but stronger than spiritual attacks.
Quickly executing his Dragon Steps, Qingfeng Li rushed toward the other two stalks of Sword Energy Grass. He was so fast that he was upon the elixirs in a flash.

Qingfeng Li reached out his right hand and snatched up both stalks of Sword Energy Grass.
"Hand over the grass and I will spare your life," Zhuang Hei said in a cold voice.
Gang Pan and Ta Xue were silent but their eyes were glued to the Sword Energy Grass in Qingfeng Li's hand. They all wanted the treasure.
With a light smile, Qingfeng Li turned and ran, knowing that he couldn't deal with them all at once with his present strength.
His plan was simple: he would gain insight of the sword intent in the grass and then turn around to kill these people.
"Sky-Strengthening Blade." With a roar, Zhuang Hei hacked his long saber toward Qingfeng's back.
"King Kong Fist," Gang Pan roared and turned his right fist into a shadow of giant gorilla, smashing it towards Qingfeng Li.
"Towering Palm." Ta Xue pushed out his right palm which transformed into a giant illusion of a bloody tower that emitted a sinister bloody presence that crashed toward Qingfeng Li's heart.
The three strikes were all very cunning and were all aimed at vital parts of Qingfeng's body.
Smiling indifferently, Qingfeng Li smashed his Strangle Hell Fist at them and forced Zhuang Hei back one step, and Gang Pan back two steps. His physical strength totally subdued them.
At the same time, Qingfeng Li dodged Ta Xue's palm strike with Dragon Steps.
Quick as lightning, he broke out from their siege and, with his Dragon Steps technique, he turned to run and instantly vanished in a flicker of a dragon-esque shadow.
With Qingfeng Li gone, Erjian Zhao, Zhuang Hei, and the others surrounded Flower Fairy, Xianzhi Qin, Daoist, and others.
"Erjian Zhao, what are you doing?"Flower Fairy asked coldly.
"You came with Qingfeng Li. We will hold you in hostage and force him to hand over the Sword Energy Grass," Erjian Zhao said with a cold smile.
Zhuang Hei, Gang Pan, and Ta Xue all looked at them chillingly with the same intention.
"You want to catch us? No way," Flower Fairy said with a cold smile.
She had stayed with Qingfeng Li for quite a while and had been influenced by his arrogant manners, regarding her opponents with contempt.
