“Are you feeling better, Ye Qiao?” Instructor Lu asked caringly.
She turned around after sniffing his odor and saw him standing somewhere nearby even though her vision was blurry.
He removed his cap and left it on the table. As usual, there was no expression on his handsome face, but his eyes were filled with flames.
In fact, the flames were burning her heart as she fixed her gaze on the man who was standing so close to her. Her vision was getting blurry as tears began to roll down her cheeks.
“You’re a bastard, Lu Beixiao!” She cursed hoarsely. However, her skinny body immediately crashed into his embrace!

Lu Beixiao opened his arms with a smile and embraced her tightly!

It was 390 days! They have been apart for 390 days!

As she saw the new scars on his body, Ye Qiao covered her mouth as she cried even harder! She just wanted to see what kind of life he had in the past year.
Numerous whip scars were found on his skin, and that was from the training of the anti-prisoner of war. Ye Qiao took a tour to his back, but Lu Beixiao refused to show her.

He was afraid of her, too, when she got angry. Lu Beixiao turned around with a smile and said, “It’s just a small injury; nothing serious.”

Besides the whip scars, there were many burn scars too. Those scars were pale and looked even clearer on his tanned skin…
Then, he quickly turned around and pulled his T-shirt down. His big hands held her cheeks, and he wiped her tears away with his rough thumbs.
Suddenly, he heard the sound of walking footsteps.
Lu Beixiao’s quick instincts helped him immediately let go of Ye Qiao.
