Chapter 14: Pregnancy Test Results
There was no one in the feminine room. Feng Sheng looked around the bedroom but didn't see anyone. However, when he turned around to leave, his eyes narrowed in on a certain box on the night table.
His slender fingers picked up the box. Reading its contents, Feng Sheng's face gradually darkened.
Coldly turning around, his eyes landed on the bathroom door. He carried the box and walked over.
In the bathroom, Luo Yangyang squatted on the floor, anxiously staring at the pregnancy stick.
Looking at the red line on the pregnancy stick, she feared that in the next second, a second line would appear.
Her palm sweat profusely and suddenly, there was a loud bang as the bathroom door was pushed open.
Luo Yangyang was already nervous and the loud sound only made her panic in fright. Without looking at who opened the door, she grabbed the pregnancy stick and hurriedly hid it behind her.
She then saw Feng Sheng's tall silhouette standing at the door. Luo Yangyang clutched the stick and stuttered, "B-Big Brother."
Why was Feng Sheng in her room?
What did he come in for?
"Take it out." Feng Sheng's eyes were chilling cold as he pointed at Luo Yangyang's hands behind her back.
"T-Take out what? I don't know what you're talking about." Luo Yangyang forced the panic down and gripped the stick even more tightly.
She didn't want to be pregnant and wanted Feng Sheng to know even less so. She was afraid that he would make her keep the baby.
She was still young and still a child herself. She didn't want a child at this age!
However, whenever she thought about the possible life inside her womb that she planned on aborting, while panic rose inside her, a strong urge to protect did too.
Her muddled brain turned over thousands of scenarios. Facing Feng Sheng's extreme oppressive aura, her nerves were about to collapse.
A loud clap brought her back to her senses. Feng Sheng didn't say a word and merely dropped a white box by her foot.
Her brain exploded as she realized it was the pregnancy test box.
Luo Yangyang lowered her head and stared at her foot. Feng Sheng looked at her small head, shuddering shoulders, and knew she was scared out of her mind.
With his head held up high, Feng Sheng stepped towards her.
From Luo Yangyang's lowered eyes, she saw Feng Sheng's feet moving towards her. She wanted to retreat, but her feet were like stone. She couldn't budge from her spot.
"Take it out." Feng Sheng stopped in front of Luo Yangyang.
The two were neither close nor far. With her head down, she didn't even reach his shoulder.
The difference between the two was obvious. Feng Sheng held absolute authority.
"…" He looked at Luo Yangyang's small hands which turned pale from gripping too hard.
The instructions said that it takes three minutes before the test result was certain. She had only waited for two minutes before Feng Sheng barged in.
She was afraid that in the final minute, another red line had appeared.
Feng Sheng waited for three seconds. Seeing Luo Yangyang act like she didn't hear and refuse to respond, he grabbed her shoulder and turned her around, snatching away the pregnancy stick in her hands.
Luo Yangyang pulled it back forcefully but still couldn't beat Feng Sheng's strength. She wanted to protest but didn't dare shout. She released the stick and turned around, grabbing Feng Sheng's wrist and standing on her tippy-toes, trying to see the results.
