There was a strained atmosphere because of what Song Yan had said. Bao Yidao fixed his eyes on him and said with a straight face, "Xie Kun, I wanted to do you a favor, but your friend doesn't need the favor."
Xie Kun gave a bitter smile. He knew he should not intercede for Song Yan again, otherwise Bao Yidao would be unhappy and even hate him. But he was a man loyal to his friend. Song Yan had spared him last time, so he treated Song Yan as his friend. He was unable to watch others hurt his friend.
Xie Kun swallowed hard and urged, "Boss, could you please spare him this time? I will repay you."
Bao Yidao's face darkened at Xie Kun's words. Song Yan, however, was astonished. He didn't expect Xie Kun to intercede for him again and again. It seemed that not all thugs were ungrateful; at least Xie Kun was an exception.
Song Yan didn't want to put Xie Kun into a difficult position. He stepped forward and spoke to Bao Yidao, "Get out of the room with your people. Otherwise, I won't spare you."
Bao Yidao gave a scornful smile. "Xie Kun, I tried to do you a favor and let him go, but he just won't leave. Sorry, I guess I have to let you down this time."
"Boss, a man should be loyal to his friend. I owe him a favor, so please…"
"Enough!" Bao Yidao interrupted Xie Kun's words.
"Xie Kun, I'm very grateful to you for your kindness. But you don't need to intercede for me. They are no match for me," Song Yan stated in a confident voice.
"You are so arrogant. Bros, beat him!" Bao Yidao demanded viciously.
Suddenly, Song Yan disappeared in people's sights. Then, Bao Yidao was taken by throat.
Bao Yidao's followers stopped as their boss was controlled by Song Yan.
Song Yan gave him several spanks; his fat face swelled up and he looked even fatter.
Bao Yidao was infuriated. He wanted to ask his people to kill Song Yan, but he didn't dare as the hand around his neck was strong enough.
"Zhang Ziran, stand behind me!" Song Yan demanded.
It was not until then that Zhang Ziran and another two boys regained some composure. They thought they were going to be hit hard this time. But Song Yan was so strong that he controlled the leader of the enemies at the very beginning.
It was too exciting!
"Get them!" Bao Yidao shouted.
His followers dashed to Zhang Ziran in an attempt to catch them as hostages. Zhang Ziran's face turned pale.
Song Yan suddenly released Bao Yidao as he picked up two empty bottles on the table and threw them at two people nearest to Zhang Ziran.
Bang! Bang!
The two men squatted down, whimpering in pain.
Meanwhile, Song Yan ran towards three men, attacking them with both fists.

They were sent lurching backwards with a yelp.
Song Yan took this opportunity to stand in front of Zhang Ziran and another two boys, protecting them.
"Kill them!" Bao Yidao demanded, his face convulsing. The moment he was released, he stepped backwards, so that Song Yan would be unable to control him again.

More than thirty thugs shouted in a voice, dashing towards Song Yan.
Zhang Ziran and another two men trembled with fear. "Are we going to die today?" They thought to themselves, giving up all hope.
