At Room 302, Boys' Dorm, Shengye Middle School
Song Yan perched himself on the side of his bed, his eyes widened. He stared blankly as there was a progress bar in front of him, which had been completely by 99 percent.
"Ding. The Galaxy Ring has been successfully activated. Access to system interface."
The progress bar disappeared, and a simple black and white interface appeared in front of Song Yan.

The property bars occupied a half of the interface, and there was a colorful prize wheel with a big letter "Prize" in the middle.
Suddenly, the interface disappeared and a cute white kitten jumped out, "Hello, Host, I'm Meow, the ring elf. I'm pleased to serve you."
Seeing the cute kitten, Song Yan went blank for a moment before asked. "Meow, what's going on?"
"You are so lucky to become the host of the Galaxy Ring No. 1. The Galaxy Ring is a powerful supporting system."
Song Yan's eyes brightened, "Can you help me become a straight A student?"
"Of course, I can!"
"Can you help me become the richest person in the world?"
"Of course, I can!"
"Can you help me win the heart of a pretty girl?"

"Great!" Hearing Meow's words, Song Yan couldn't help dancing with excitement. He began to have visions of becoming a CEO, marrying a pretty lady and reaching the peak moment of his life.
"Host, you have a free prize draw. Would you do the drawing right now?" Meow's words sounded, dragging Song Yan out from the fancy world.

"Fame is the number of people adoring you. For example, you are good at fighting. If a person approved you or adored you because of your fighting skills, your Fame would be 1."
"I get it." Song Yan asked, "Meow, can I do the drawing now?"
"Of course, you can!" Meow disappeared and the interface returned to the simple black and white one.
"Host, click the "Prize" in the middle of the prize wheel and start the drawing." Meow reminded Song Yan.
"I get it." Song Yan clicked the "Prize". The letter disappeared and an indicator appeared. Meanwhile, seven boxes with different colors appeared around the indicator.
The indicator rotated quickly and finally stopped pointing to a red box. Song Yan was surprised to see three glittering words on the red box, "Extraordinary Retentive Memory".
Suddenly, the three letters melted into a streak of golden light and flew to Song Yan's eyebrows. But Song Yan didn't feel any change.
Song Yan found there was something different in the Magical Power bar.

"Meow, how should I use it?" Song Yan asked.
"Host, just read Extraordinary Retentive Memory silently," Meow answered.
"Extraordinary Retentive Memory!" Song Yan read it to himself. Then he grabbed an English book and began to read words.
After one minute, Song Yan closed the book and began to recall the 100 words that he read just now. He was delighted to find that he remembered every word.
"Amazing!" Song Yan couldn't help praising the power.
"Host, it's only a low-level magic power, and it's at the primary level. You can only use it two hours a day." Meow reminded Song Yan.
"Two hours? What a pity!" Song Yan was a little disappointed. He grabbed the English book to read words. Although he could only use the power two hours a day, he may enter a key university if he made full use of it. Thinking of this, he had a great longing for a bright future.

Song Yan was used to get up at six. He went for a run before he had breakfast in the canteen.

Meow answered, "There is a book in the system which can help you train your Mental Capability. You can get it by lucky draw."

After the breakfast, Song Yan went back to the dorm and walked to the classroom. On the way, he was thinking about how to enhance the Fame.
It was the English class. The English teacher was Han Sha, a highly educated person that had studied abroad before. She was only 25 and looked pretty. She was very patient to every student, even underachievers like Song Yan. As a result, Han Sha was very popular among students. Many boys even had a crush on her.
When Song Yan sat down in his seat, his desk mate Li Lei got close to him and said in a low voice, "Song Yan, the game Creation will be launched at 8 pm. What about playing the game together?"
The long-awaited game Creation was endorsed by Murong Xinyue, a popular star of the State of Yanhuang. Many young people were eager to play the game.
"Okay. Let's go to play the game after school." While answering, Song Yan took out a book.
Li Lei was surprised to see Song Yan studying hard as Song Yan often took a nap at class.

To Li Lei's surprise, Song Yan had been studying hard before the end of the class. Even after the class, Song Yan didn't leave the classroom, but studied hard.
After Song Yan knew he had insufficient Mental Capability, he decided to memorize all the knowledge in his books with the magic power, Extraordinary Retentive Memory.
The power would be refreshed every early morning and last two hours after Song Yan started it. It can't be paused, so Song Yan didn't want to waste the power.
On the next class, Han Sha, the English teacher walked into the classroom with a stack of examine papers.
"Good morning, everyone. This examine paper was the last year's college entrance examination paper. I hope you would finish it seriously."
Students were used to tests, as there were many tests since they entered Senior Three. Therefore, they were not surprised at all.
Hearing the words, Song Yan itched to have a go. He had memorized a lot of knowledge and he wanted to know whether he could have a better score.
