Even though Wang Yu had already created an Ancient level equipment before, he knew that Martial Artist’s Regret was already a blueprint for God-grade equipment and he merely just used its basics and reforged it . The cost of materials required for reforge could even make Evil Rampage cry .
Creating a God-grade weapon normally just meant to restore the Martial Artist’s Regret’s original appearance and had nothing to do with actual creation .
