These Black Dragon Guild players were mostly long-distance players and the rest were Assassins so their fates were sealed.
Wang Yu was clad in God-tier equipment and his skills were legendary. Now that he used [Raging Flames Walk], the damage he caused was inexplicable.
As Wang Yu descended from the sky, a circle of white light appeared around him.
This move instantly killed more than half of them…
At that moment, to the Black Dragon Guild’s players, Wang Yu was akin to an evil monster. Seeing how Wang Yu caught up with them and killed so many of their teammates, their hairs stood in fear as they dragged Karl away.
“All of you, come back!”
Wang Yu yelled as he leaped into the air and his legs executed a [Flaming Tornado Kick].
The [Flaming Tornado Kick] was strengthened by the inferno into a [Raging Flame Storm]!!!
The [Flaming Tornado Kick] was the upgraded version of the [Tornado Kick] for Pugilists and used strong flames to suck nearby enemies to the player. It was a common skill used by Pugilists. Regardless of its attack strength, this gathering effect was definitely the best for Pugilists as their ranges were short.
Under the strengthening of the [Inferno Blaze Step], the [Flaming Tornado Kick] evolved into a stronger [Raging Flame Storm] which had way higher attack strength and much greater sucking range.
In that instant, Wang Yu spun around in mid-air to become a ball of bright red [Raging Flame Storm], flames began spreading to the surroundings.
Before the Black Dragon Guild’s players could run far, they felt something pulling them from the back and they began moving backwards uncontrollably as they were sucked by Wang Yu’s [Raging Flame Storm]…
Amongst the flames, rays of white light emerged and all the Black Dragon Guild’s players were turned into ash by Wang Yu, leaving no trace behind.
“Ah…”
The few Guardians finally caught up with Wang Yu. Seeing an awfully silent scene, the few of them were stunned on the spot and instantly lost all fighting spirit!
These guys had been hanging around in Saga City for so long and had seen almost anything happen. However, this was the first time that they were beaten so badly that they had lost the will to fight.
Since the Guardians lost the will to fight, they naturally lost their killing vibe. Wang Yu patiently turned to stare at them, obviously asking, “Are you still going to attack me?”
The few of them understood Wang Yu’s eyes then panickingly shook their head to symbolise their defeat.
Wang Yu casually pointed at Karl and motioned, “I guess no one will object me taking him away!”
“Of course, of course…”
The few of them shook their heads frantically at this scene.
What a joke. Those that stopped him from bringing Karl away were dead, so, naturally, the few that were still alive knew what to do.
“Bye!”
As he spoke, Wang Yu reached out and in a smack, he used [Void Seizing Palms] to pull Karl to his side. A pair of white wings appeared on his back as he pulled Karl along into mid-air. His wings flapped and quickly, he turned into a black dot which disappeared into the clouds.
It was not that Wang Yu was merciful to leave these few Guardians alive, it was because it would be a waste of time to kill these tough guys with control skills and high defence.
While Wang Yu was dealing with Black Dragon Guild (of course, you could call it a massacre), Fearless sent Wang Yu a message to end the battle quickly. Of course, Wang Yu would not waste time on those cowards who did not dare to resist him.
Why did everyone like flying more even though Qing Gong and mounting were faster? It was because, in the sky, when they fly, they did not have to care about obstacles or the route.
Wang Yu held on to Karl with one hand as he activated high-speed flight across Saga City and arrived at the port.
At the port, Quan Zhen Sect’s players were already waiting on the ship. Black Dragon Guild’s players had also arrived at the beach under Lava Teeth’s lead.
Undeniably, Lava Teeth was quite capable. He knew that it was too late to help those at the Yamatai Valley so he brought people to the beach instead.
It was important to note that Saga City was a lot closer to the beach than Yamatai Valley and anyways, Wang Yu had to return to the beach after capturing Karl at the valley and this was an even further distance so Lava Teeth was sure he would be there before Wang Yu.
However, when Lava Teeth thought he could take down Quan Zhen Sect all at once, suddenly Wang Yu flew past the Black Dragon Guild and above the ship.
Wings were rare in the mainland server so players on the Immortal Island had never seen them. The moment they saw someone flying above their heads, they thought it was an NPC and remarked, “What’s that?”
“Pata!”
Wang Yu, who was in mid-air, let go of his hand to release Karl onto the deck.
“It’s Karl!!”
Seeing Karl on the deck, Black Dragon Guild’s players were stunned for a bit. They might not recognise Wang Yu but how could they not recognise Karl?
Lava Teeth pointed at the boat below Wang Yu and ordered, “Attack that ship! Get Karl back!”
“Set sail!”
Wang Yu casually snapped his fingers and the huge sails rose and the entire boat automatically glided in the direction of the mainland even without wind.
“Get on the boat! Chase them!”
Lava Teeth saw that Quan Zhen Sect was about to escape so he gave the order to chase.
The Black Dragon Guild’s players who were right in front took out boats from their bag and threw them onto the sea.
This was the greatest difference between reality and in-game… Although the boat looked humble, it was still a mode of transport. To take it out from a bag so casually, it was still pretty odd.
Quan Zhen Sect’s boat was systemised so it could move on its own and thus, accelerating was tough.
However, Black Dragon Guild’s boat relied on manual strength, needing them to row, so accelerating was easier.
Wang Yu’s ship had not travelled far before Black Dragon’s boats caught up with them, surrounding Quan Zhen Sect.
Lava Teeth lifted a paper-rolled loudspeaker and announced above Wang Yu’s boat loudly, “Friends from China, I know you can understand me. Quickly hand Karl over and I will ensure that you leave safely.”
Those on the ship were relaxing on the deck when they heard Lava Teeth’s loud announcement. They asked Boson, “Boson, what is that b*stard saying?”
Boson said, “He said he had us surrounded and demanded that we hand Karl over, or else…”
“Rubbish!” Quan Zhen Sect was upset over what they heard, “How shameless. Bump him!”
Upon their order, Quan Zhen Sect’s boat instantly accelerated, charging towards Black Dragon’s encirclement.
In China, there is a saying that a mantis cannot stop a car and mayflies cannot shake a tree…
Obviously, Black Dragon Guild’s players were the mantis and mayflies…
Wang Yu’s ship might be worn but it was a large ship meant for shipping goods. Black Dragon Guild’s boats could at most be used for life-saving… With such great difference in weight, quantity did not matter.
As Quan Zhen Sect’s boat accelerated, Lava Teeth’s sight was filled with darkness as Wang Yu’s ship loomed towards them.
