Tian Yi, after using a teleportation treasure, randomly teleported himself somewhere in the borderless Universe, and before he knew it, he was in the middle of an open field where two shadows, one human, and one frog, were fighting each other.
He did not know why they were fighting, but when the young lady finally fell to her knees and the frog leaped to deal the final blow, he decided to intervene by blowing the frog to somewhere far away without killing it.
In his eyes, whether they are humans or beasts, they were the same, and he would not treat one or the other any different just because of their origin.
So what if he was also a human? So what if beasts are not human? He will not kill one or the other without proper reasoning.
"Are you okay?" Tian Yi asked the young lady.
"W-Who are you? And what happened to the Giga Frog?" she asked him, her voice sounding very confused.
"It went away," he smiled at her. "And you can call me Meng Yi."
The girl mumbled to herself with a bewildered expression, seemingly unable to believe his words. She then looked at him with a pondering expression, looking as though she wanted to ask him some questions.
"Young lady, do you know where this place is?" Tian Yi suddenly asked her.
The young lady looked at him with a weird expression. 'He came here without knowing where this place is?' she thought to herself.
"This is the Stone Forest; it is one of the few danger zones in the Jade Cloud Continent," she replied to him.
"Jade Cloud Continent?" Tian Yi pondered. He has never heard of this place before.
"Which of the Nine Heaven is this?" he asked her another question.
However, the girl only looked at him with a puzzled expression. "Nine Heavens? What's that?" she asked him in return.
"...?" Tian Yi lifted an eyebrow at her question. She didn't know of the Nine Heavens?
"Then… what about the ruler? Who is the ruler of this world?"
"I don't know," she said, inwardly wondering why he was asking so many weird questions.
Tian Yi scratched his head; he was feeling troubled that he had no idea where he was currently after leaving the Ninth Heaven. What if he didn't actually leave the Ninth Heaven and is actually still there?
Tian Yi wanted to use his cultivation base to find out his location, but without having even the slightest clue as to where he is, the risk was too high, and he didn't want to risk it.
"I see… Thank you…" Tian Yi said to the young lady before taking out a small pill from his robes to hand it to her.
"Here, use this to heal your wounds," he said to her who was shocked upon seeing the pill.
"W-What kind of pill is that?! The Heavenly Qi it emits is stronger than any pill I've ever seen before!" she exclaimed in shock.
Tian Yi's movements froze upon hearing the young lady call Spirit Qi, 'Heavenly Qi'.
"Heavenly Qi? This is just a regular Tier 1 Perfect-Grade Spirit Restoration Pill…" he said.
"Spirit Restoration Pill?" the young lady looked at him with a doubtful gaze. "I know what a Spirit Restoration Pill looks like, and they are definitely not like this!"
The young lady then continued, "The Spirit Restoration Pills I have seen are covered in black spots, but this pill you have is pure white! How can that be a Spirit Restoration Pill?"
"Uhhh…" It was now Tian Yi's turn to be dumbfounded.
Did this young lady not know of pill qualities and how the better quality it is the fewer impurities it will have?
"The black spots on the pills is because of the impurities within. This is a Perfect-Grade pill— one that has zero impurity," he explained to her the best he could.
"Perfect-Grade pill? I have never heard of such a grade before… And for a pill to have no impurities... Sounds impossible..." she mumbled to herself.
"Can I see it?" she then asked.
Tian Yi nodded and gave it to her without thinking much since he'd already planned on giving it to her.
The young lady held the pill on her palms and inspected it with wide eyes, mumbling to herself, "T-This really is a Spirit Restoration Pill!" she exclaimed after taking some time to inspect the pill. "But… compared to the ones I've seen before, the Heavenly Qi within this one is countless times stronger! It is like comparing a small pond of water to the ocean with the water being Heavenly Qi!"
"How is this possible?" she then looked at Tian Yi with a weird expression. "Are you sure that you want to give me something so precious?" she asked him with a doubtful tone.
Anyone would be doubtful if they were to receive something to mythical!
Tian Yi nodded. "Of course. It's for you to heal your injuries—"
"That'd be such a waste!" she suddenly interrupted him. "I wouldn't lick this even if every bone in my body is shattered!"
The young lady then placed the pill into a glass bottle before sealing it in front of the dumbfounded Tian Yi.
'What was the point in giving it to you if you will not use it to heal your injuries?' he could not help but think inwardly.
After placing the glass bottle into her bloodied robes, the young lady stood up with difficulty and bowed with clasped hands. "Although I have nothing to give in return that can compare to the value of the pill; I, Li Qinqin will never forget your generosity and will repay you when I have the chance!"
"You can repay me by healing your wounds with that pill—"
"Thank you, but no thank you!" she said straightforwardly, and Tian Yi smiled bitterly.
"My wounds was the result of my weakness, so I will endure it as a way to temper myself!" she continued, surprising him who did not expect her to say such words.
"Why were you fighting that…. Uh… Giga Frog?" he asked her.
Li Qinqin sighed, and said, "I came out here to train myself, but I did not expect to run into a beast at the third level of the Origin Realm. And overestimating myself, I decided to fight it… But alas, to think the difference would be that much… I wasn't even able to scratch its skin!"
Tian Yi lifted an eyebrow at her words. The third level of Origin Realm? What kind of cultivation stage was that, and how come he has never heard of it? Just where on earth did the teleportation treasure take him to?
