"Monster… a real monster…" Xiao mumbled as he absentmindedly controlled the reins to the horses.

As a cultivator who has experienced over 40 years of shock and witnessed countless talents, the scene of Meng Xiang cultivating and how she breakthrough as easy as breathing had scared his soul to another realm, causing him to be dazed for many hours straight.

Forget about Yu Bing, one of the most talented individuals in this generation, even the current most talented cultivator of this generation, Hang Bin, who had reached the Spirit Ascension Stage at age 10 and currently with a Profound Immortal cultivation base, paled in comparison to Meng Xiang!

'Won't she reach the Immortal Ascension Stage by tonight at this rate?!' he cried inwardly, steeling himself for when the time comes so he would not die from shock.

And while Xiao was lost in his mind, Meng Xiang sat in the lotus position, cultivating silently.

Tian Yi quietly watched her, correcting her every error.

"Your breathing pattern just changed, fix it."

"Straighten your back more."

"Your aura is dimming; are you bored already?"

As lenient of a person as he seemed, he did not go easy on her when it came to cultivation, nitpicking on every mistake she made.

Meng Xiang had told him that she wanted to cultivate, and despite spoiling her in the beginning, he wanted her to experience some hardship, too.

Cultivating was a piece of cake for him, but that did not mean it was done without any hardships.

Boredom was his enemy— his hardship when it came to cultivating.

He hated to sit there for hours and hours every day doing nothing but cultivate.

Cultivation was easy for him, but it was also mentally suffocating.

"I told you, that cultivation is a long road filled with boredom, right?" he said to her.

Meng Xiang nodded her head.

"I am fine, Big Brother…" she said, "I am just not used to sitting like this…"

As someone who has never sat in the lotus position until today, her structure was stiff at first. And despite getting a lot better than when she first started, it still felt uncomfortable, unnatural even.

Tian Yi nodded to her words, trusting her words.

Meng Xiang continued to cultivate, quickly losing the track of time.

Hours passed by in a flash; it was night time now, the firmament filled with gleaming stars.

Sitting at the edge of the moving carriage, Meng Xiang was silently and intensively watching the stars, trying to feel the stars.

"Big Brother, I still cannot feel the stars…" she said to him after being in the same position for nearly an hour.

Tian Yi pointed to the scroll in her hands. "You have that for a reason…" he reminded her who hasn't opened it ever since she received it.

"Oh…" Meng Xiang made a silly expression upon remembering that she had a scroll.

Tian Yi kept silent at first wondering why she went straight to watching the stars, but alas, that was only because she had forgotten about it.

For this world to have such a naive and silly Spirit Queen, people would definitely be shocked if known.

Meng Xiang opened the scroll in her hands, and the reaction surprised her.

"Ahh!"

Glittering lights escaped from the scroll the moment it was unscrolled, flying towards her head.

Tian Yi reacted lightning quick by placing one of his palms onto her back, preventing her from jumping back from startle.

The glittering lights quickly entered Meng Xiang's forehead, and her eyes began sparkling just like the stars in the starry sky.

"Take a look at the stars now." Tian Yi told her.

"Un." Meng Xiang lifted her head, and her eyes widened with surprise.

"So pretty!" she cried out loud.

The stars that were only flickering still at first now looked like they were dancing left and right, some even began enlarging and shrinking in sizes like a beating heart.

And for some unknown reason, the longer she looked at the stars, the more changes occurred.

The dancing stars now looked like gigantic humans dancing in the starry sky, each doing more profound and graceful movements the longer she gazed!

And the size-changing stars had shocking turned into sceneries!

A waterfall made of countless stars falling off a cliff, an ocean filled with stars, the starry sky was now filled with dancing humans with sceneries made of stars in the background!

There were stars everywhere! There was so much that the entire firmament seemed to be filled with stars, leaving only very little darkness from the void!

Meng Xiang's eyes sparkled with astonishment and disbelief. Was the sky always so pretty, filled with so many unimaginable sights?

And unbeknownst to her, her understanding towards the Language of the Fallen Stars slowly increased despite not knowing a thing about it a moment ago.

Xiao who was intrigued by the commotion in the back lifted his head to look at the sky, but there were only a few stars in his eyes…

'What is so interesting about this empty sky?' he wondered.

'I guess we really do live in two different worlds, these geniuses and us…' he sighed inwardly.

As Xiao continued to steer the reins, Meng Xiang stared at the starry sky without blinking, as though she was mesmerized by it.

Tian Yi casually watched the dancing stars beside her, already familiar with the scenery.

Having lived in the Celestial Palace, the apex of this Universe, the dancing stars there was more profound than the ones in this Heaven, so much so that they cannot be compared.

'But the simplicity here… I like it.' He smiled.

Time passed by in a flash.

During the day, Meng Xiang would cultivate by familiarizing herself with Spirit Qi, and during the night, she would gaze into the starry sky and look at the dancing stars.

Tian Yi had his eyes closed the entire time, only opening them to help her.

And just like that, a few days passed.
