If Zhong Qing would be someone else, for sure, she'd also be surprised knowing the fact that she spent her whole life just lying on the bed, no social life nor love life.
After feeling frightened, it was followed by panic.

She really never encountered this on her 16 years of stay on earth.

In two years of Zhong Qing staying abroad, Chang thought of a lot of ways on how to propose to her. Zhong Qing was the only one whom Chang loved and wanted to be with forever.
He always wanted to see her, but his schedule was too tight. He's always busy.
He was trapped inside the Entertainment circle. He can't express his own feelings in public. He didn't have freedom. Even though he felt sad at times, he needed to hide his sorrow and look as happy to everyone.
He can't help but think of Zhong Qing almost every day, especially when she was abroad.

God knew, the day when he saw her at the airport, he wanted to hold and hug Zhong Qing in front of all the people and let everyone know that the only girl that he really loved was her.

When the reality show invited them, he called Zhong Qing immediately knowing that she was invited to participate too. He only agreed to participate because of Zhong Qing.
He talked to the crew and wished that he and Zhong Qing will be on the same group.

She said, “Chang, I'm sorry but I do not like you. Please don't you. Please don't wait. You don't have to wait for me. Don't waste your time on me.”
"Because I do not belong here in this world." She added this only on her thoughts.
Chang Adam’s apple rolled and his voice became hoarse, “Don't I even have a chance?"
His eyes grown sorrow and he did not dare to look Zhong Qing.
Zhong Qing did not look at Chang too, ignored her heart, and walked away.
Zhong Qing hoped that Chang will understand her.
The two people were afraid of what would happen on their good relationship as friends.
But, fortunately, Chang, being already a good actor locally, was working on being an international actor. He will be busy and will eventually move on what happened between them.
Hence, the task of Zhong Qing should almost be done.
Her heart was drowned in sadness, but chose to just comfort herself and ignore her true feelings for Chang.
