Hey guys, I'm really sorry, there is no chapter today. I kinda drained all my energy at the concert :p. In exchange, I'll write a little side story that has no significance to the story. It will just be about our little lovebirds out on a date in Frin.

Sherry got up early that day, feeling excited and thrilled. She carefully picked out a dress and braided her hair in a plat. Sherry then put on a pair of glasses that had the effect of disguising her, ensuring that people wouldn't be able to recognise her. All dressed up, Sherry skipped out of her house, her chest pounding her heart and echoing loudly in her mind.

She headed over to their agreed rendezvous spot and made a final check over herself before approaching. Dylan was already waiting for Sherry even though she too was early. His beautiful blonde hair was dyed a common brown and his eyes were coloured green with magic. He too wore a pair of the disguising glasses and wore inconspicuous clothing. Despite all this preparation, he still managed to attract the attention of the others, though they couldn't recognise who he was.

Dylan spotted Sherry coming from the corner of his eyes and a sweet smile surfaced on his face. "Sherry! Long time no see."

"Long time no see, Dylan. Have you been well?" Sherry ran over and asked.

"Yes. War veterans have been teaching me how to fight better these days, I feel like I'm getting stronger." He smiled with a child-like innocence.

"It's good to get stronger, but it's important to take a break sometimes." Sherry reminded with concern.

There was that beautiful and adorable smile again. "That's why I'm here. You give me energy to do my best."

"That same goes for you." Sherry laughed. "Come on, let's go."

Sherry grabbed Dylan's arm and dragged him around the marketplace. She went around the food stalls and munched on some skewers with Dylan, all the while marvelling at the culture and people of this other world.

The two stopped by a jewellery stall after the owner had called out to them.

"Lil'bro, why don't you give a present to your lover? I'm sure she'll love it."

Sherry laughed it off. "I'm not his lover, but I am interested in your wares."

"Great! I have goods from all over the world. It's guaranteed that you'll find something you like from here."

Sherry scanned over the various jewellery, her eyes pausing on a necklace for a brief second before moving on. "They're all very beautiful." She praised.

"Please package this one for me, boss." Dylan pointed to the necklace that caught Sherry's eyes. It was a simplistic one, a clear crystal shaped in that of a leaf and hung on a silver chain.

"Are you going to give it to your little sister?" Sherry asked, prasing Dylan for his good tastes inside.

Dylan shook his head and changed the subject. "Let's check out that stall over there."

"Oh, okay."

At the end of the day, when the world was a dusty orange and the sun was setting, Dylan and Sherry stood facing each other. In Dylan's hands was the necklace he bought earlier that day. He gently placed in in Sherry's hands and smiled, "Here you go. Thank you for accompanying me today."

"Wha, I can't accept this. I was just doing what a friend would." Sherry gave the present back to Dylan.

"Just take it." Dylan shoved it back into Sherry's hands. "I have to go now so until next time."

"Oh, okay. Bye, see you again."

When Dylan was out of sight, Sherry secretly hugged the present to her chest, blushing with joy. Meanwhile, Dylan was running full speed to his dorms, his ears red and cheeks flushed.
