Suddenly, there came the howl sound.
As the fire weakened gradually, Xiaodie clung on to her clothes and got closer to Li Changfeng, awakening him. When he prepared to add some firewood to the fire, the wolf howl surprised him.
Damn! Why did his worry happen?
Li Changfeng frowned at the sound direction. In the dark evening, patches of green eyes seemed extremely terrifying in the distance.
"Wake up!" Li Changfeng gently aroused Xiaodie and then heavily patted Buck.
"What's the matter? Childe?"
"What's wrong? Leader?"
The whole group had fallen asleep deeply because of tire. Li Changfeng didn't arrange people for night watch. But he couldn't predict that he would be also asleep deeply.
"Nothing! Just midnight snack comes! Keep your spirits up!" Li Changfeng helped Xiaodie stand up, walked to Oscar and kicked him to wake up.
"Midnight snack?" Buck and other eighth team members understood and then took out the blades below their buns.
"Indeed, I'm not sleeping." Oscar touched his ass. He wanted to complain that Li Changfeng used much physical strength to kick him every time!
"Xiaodie, add some firewood to the fire." Li Changfeng directly neglected Oscar's discontent.
It seemed that those wolves were communicating with each other. They howled more frequently and their sounds became clearer and clearer. They were running to the fire.
"So many wolves! I think we can't eat all." Oscar smacked his lips and shook his head. His serious expression made Li Changfeng want to kick his head.
"Be vigilant with wolves' raids!" Li Changfeng reminded all people when he found each one didn't care the wolves. He had experienced the assaults launched by wolves. When wolves rushed into the crowd, people would be thrown into confusion even if preparations were made already.
"It seems that they have started attacks." Oscar said in a low voice when seeing green eyes closer to them.
Feeling the shaking from the ground, Li Changfeng also picked up a burning stick and faced toward the wolf direction.
"Why are you here? Get back! Watch the fire!" When Li Changfeng saw Xiaodie coming beside him, he raised his hand and patted her ass. Then, Xiaodie returned unwillingly.
"Remember! Don't be away from fire! It will be troublesome if surrounded by wolves." Li Changfeng cast a glance on Buck and warned him seriously. He wasn't worried about Oscar at all, but he was afraid that Buck and his soldiers couldn't deal with the current condition.
"They move so fast! I'm gonna stop them!" Oscar had a unique talent in fight, so he knew with wolf's rushing force now, they would got in a muddle later. Oscar scratched his head, stamped his feet heavily and then rushed out.
What the hell!
Li Changfeng gave Oscar a disdainful glimpse. Although Oscar lacked team spirit, his action conformed to Li Changfeng's thought.
"Madox Big Pinwheel!" As Oscar's roar reached people's ears, they heard of miserable howls from wolves immediately.
