Chapter 1464: The one who adopted a Ghost
Sima You Yue nodded to Little Seven indicating to start, once again, she inserted her divine knowledge into Su Liu Nian’s sea of consciousness.
When she materialised and transformed into a form in Su Liu Nian’s sea of consciousness, Little Seven appeared beside her as well.
“Yue Yue, go ahead, I’ll protect her sea of consciousness.” Little Seven said.
“Mm.”
Sima You Yue flew deep into her sea of consciousness and stopped when she got near the black ball.
She extended her hand and tried to feel the formless barrier, even if she was just a shape of divine knowledge, she could feel the bone-chilling coldness.
She frowned and stopped, Little Seven asked curiously, “Yue Yue, what happened?”
“I was wrong, this isn’t a ghost aura, this is a death aura.” A heavy look was plastered on Sima You Yue’s face.
“What’s the difference?” Little Seven didn’t catch it.
“Only dead people have death aura and only Ghost Realm has Ghost aura.” Sima You Yue continued, “Simply said, the one who attacked Aunt He wasn’t from the Ghost clan, but it was a Ghosts that stayed in Human Realm.”
“How can that be?!” Little Seven cried out in shock.
“It’s quite impossible.” Sima You Yue squinted her eyes and looked at that black ball, from her gaze, it looked dangerous.
After a human died, the Ghosts that were strong wouldn’t disappear right away, they would go into Ghost Realm and stay there. As there were death aura and ghost aura, it could give them a second chance to live.
Although those ghosts that went to Ghost Realm wouldn’t have the memories that they had when they were alive. But at least it survived, didn’t it.
It was reasonable to say that Ghosts would go to Ghost Realm, it wouldn’t be able to survive here even if they had ways to control the Ghosts here as there wasn’t any death aura or ghost aura.
Not to mention that it would be impossible to cultivate to the extent of being capable to hurt anyone!
“Yue Yue, are you sure?” Little Seven asked
If this was real, it would be too scary!
“I can differentiate between ghost aura and death aura.” Sima You Yue continued, “But no matter if it is ghost aura or death aura, they will have to bow to me!”
Those arrogant words she said, she didn’t sound indisposed as if she was born to rule over!
She extended her right index finger and touched the layer of barrier, the ruling of Ghost clan aura passed from her body to Su Liu Nian’s body.
Usually, the body would resist when the Ghost aura entered into the human’s body, but there wasn’t any response at all as Su Liu Nian’s soul was trapped.
But it didn’t mean that there wasn’t any harm just because there wasn’t any response.
Su Liu Nian’s sea of consciousness was trespassed by Ghost aura, the movement in her brain became vigorous, her sea of consciousness would be wilted if it wasn’t for Little Seven’s protection.
That ball of death aura also seemed to feel her aura and became agitated restlessly, it wanted to twist and turn but was stabilized by Sima You Yue’s aura from her index finger.
“Squeak squeak——”
The death aura couldn’t shake it off and started to resist in a frantic manner, but it was futile no matter how much it moved.
Sima You Yue transformed her aura into a huge net and quickly trapped that death aura.
“Catch!”
With a thought, that huge net slowly began to pull together. With that action, the death aura became lesser as all of it was eaten by the huge net.
The black ball became faint as the death aura became lesser, Sima You Yue could visually see the person who was trapped.
Until the last drop of death aura, she could then keep her ghost aura. Little Seven ran to Sima You Yue as she no longer needed to put so much energy into protecting Su Liu Nian’s sea of consciousness.
“This is actually her soul, it looked so pale.” Little Seven looked at the soul that was in a coma. As she was injured, her soul was a faintly smeared shadow, it looked as if it might disperse anytime soon. “Why is she still not awake?”
“Her soul has been trapped for so long and has already sunk into a deep coma. It won’t be easy for her to gain consciousness.” Sima You Yue said.
“Then what should we do?”
“We’ll have to wake her up.” Sima You Yue said as she flew Su Liu Nian’s soul and placed her hand in between her eyebrows.
A ray of milky white spiritual energy was passed into Su Liu Nian’s soul from the tip of her finger. Her soul materialised as the white spiritual energy flowed throughout her whole body. And it put a strain on Sima You Yue.
“Little Seven, protect her!” After she spoke, the light from her finger tip became brighter, a dazzling light shone from Su Liu Nian’s soul that both of them couldn’t open their eyes.
At the same time, the sea of consciousness that was dead, moved vigorously as lightning flashes and thunder rolled, the dazzling light flashed past, the sea of consciousness surged up with layers of waves.
“Retreat——”
Sima You Yue infused the last bit of her energy into Su Liu Nian’s soul and pulled Little Seven back.
But the sea of consciousness was already surging forth, a huge wave surged towards them, Sima You Yue pushed Little Seven aside when she realised that they wouldn’t be able to dodge it and bear the shock of wave from that huge wave by herself.

In the room, Sima You Yue spitted out a mouthful of fresh blood, as she couldn’t avoid it in time, most of the fresh blood was spilled on Su Liu Nian’s clothes.
“Yue Yue!” Little Seven wasn’t injured as she was pushed out by Sima You Yue and saw with her own eyes that she fell off from the bed after spitting fresh blood.
Before Sima You Yue became unconscious, she remembered to remove the spirit barrier.

People rushed in from outside when they heard the scream and realised that the spirit barrier was removed.
“You Yue!”
They saw Little Seven holding Sima You Yue once they got in, there was still blood on the corner of her lips and she fell into Little Seven’s embrace as she was powerless and lost consciousness, the pale face and creased eyebrows showed her current condition.
“You Yue!” Huang Ying Ying came up and was anxious that she didn’t know where to place her hand after seeing Sima You Yue in this state.
“How did this happen?” Sima Zhi Yuan’s heart ached.
How did she become like this when she was just trying to save someone?
“Let me take a look.” Yin Lang kept his usual joyous face.
“Yes, let him see, he has medical expertise.” He Zhen Zhang was worried and guilty when he saw Sima You Yue lose consciousness.
As he took a look at Su Liu Nian on the bed, he noticed that her eyes moved.
“Liu Nian!” He ran to the side of the bed and held Su Liu Nian’s hand, “Liu Nian, are you awake?”
His voice attracted the other’s attention, but they only took a glance and went back to what they were doing.
They didn’t care if Su Liu Nian was awake, all they cared about was Sima You Yue’s condition.
Yin Lang checked Sima You Yu and said, “She injured her divine knowledge and passed out. She will be fine after taking some pills and a rest.”
Sima Clan became relieved after hearing that and carried Sima You Yue to the bed at the side.
Su Liu Nian’s eyes moved but she wasn’t awake yet, He Zhen Zhang was so anxious to the extent that he almost teared.
“How did this happen!” He looked at Yin Lang.
“Did she give you a pill?” Yin Lang asked.
“Yes! She did give me a pill.” He Zhen Zhang took out a milky white pill and gave it to Su Liu Nian.
Su Liu Nian, who had always been swallowing liquids, actually swallowed the pill. After a while, those eyes that had been closed for five years finally opened up slowly.
