After dealing twice the AD damage and with the additional 60% attack speed for three seconds, Xiao Ran’s Evelynn had an overwhelming damage output in this early-game phase!
“Wtf! Even if she learned the E ability, her damage couldn’t be so high, right?!” Hecarim stared at his hp and his eyeballs nearly popped out .
