Chapter 35: 35
After putting Adrian to bed, Evelyn tried to calm her heart .
‘It’s something that I was hoping for so much…… that I was mistaken . ’
Fabian’s lonely voice lingered throughout . He said his last sentence quietly . Instead, all she did was make him stop talking .
“He said that he wanted it so much…?”
Evelyn couldn’t understand . It wasn’t in her memory . Was Fabian ever hoping for a child?

There, Rebecca’s voice was heard . The Queen, Evelyn, and Rebecca were spending a leisurely time with cards in their hands .
