Mom tells us with a serious expression. She is very different from the frivolous mom that had entered the living room. It was as if she had become a passionate high school teacher
The impromptu course on vampire’s is taking place in the living room. The teacher is, of course, our mom. The students are both Miyuki and me. As normal, my father is absent from the house, working.
“They needed an environment in which they could safely drink blood without fearing for their lives. My ancestors have always been able to make people accept us positively by constantly secreting a small amount of pheromones. While drinking blood, the pheromones directly affect the other party. Although, I can understand why she is sitting there, I did attacked my younger sister Miyuki. Even if it was my vampiric impulses that drove me to do so, I basically kissed her, almost stripped off her blouse and sucked her blood. My face gets hot just thinking about it and I’m far too embarrassed to even think of looking at Miyuki right now. I wish I could run away to hide out in my room, but that is impossible for me to do, since mom is holding onto my arm.
“Does that mean it was the pheromones that made me so stupefied and so amenable to having my blood sucked?” (Mii)
Miyuki says while touching her lips. Please stop that because it just brings up the memory of what I did to you again.
“Well, unlike Tsukasa’s ancestors she can live without drinking blood and you don’t normally emit pheromones all the time as they did in the past. However, the vampiric impulses have still been passed down to her. Therefore, in the same way the ancestors did, Tsukasa has the ability to produce pheromones and when she sucks blood she will do so unconsciously.” (Mother)
Well, I see. That's what happened earlier. So that means… Oh, my goodness. I was doing something like that on a regular basis. So, I guess that makes me more of a pervert than Mom. It is not possible to fool Mom about my being a pervert any longer.
While I put my head in my hands and groan, mom gently rests her hand on my shoulder.
“This is nothing to worry yourself about. It’s just a natural result of you being a vampire.” (Mother)
“Even if you tell me it’s natural…” (Tsukasa)
“Okay, hurry up and suck your mom's blood.” (Mother)
“Eh? Why should I?” (Tsukasa)

‘Damn it!’ I think, as I roughly push my over excited mom away. Well, it’s not as if I didn’t know she is abnormal.

Mom stops moving and sits down back down next to Miyuki. Great job distracting her Miyuki!
“It seems when the targets blood is being drunk, the pheromones numb their sense of smell, even though they don’t notice it. The pheromones that a vampire emits have a very distinctive odor. I smelled a strong fragrance of cherry blossoms and when I entered the living room and there you were. That is how I knew.” (Mother)
The scent of cherry blossoms, that's my smell. Well, good, at least it doesn't smell like rotten eggs.
“Cherry blossoms? [Kusu] Lucky. So, that means that when Onee-chan wants blood, she smells like cherry blossoms and makes you feel like that?” (Mii)
“That’s what it smells like, but that doesn’t mean Tsukasa will attack us. She just became a vampire, so she still has to learn how to control her pheromone secretion. She will soon become accustomed. Plus, she would never indiscriminately attack people without a reason.” (Mother)
“Good, then Onee-chan won’t attack someone else.” (Mii)
