Hi guys! I’m back! Guess what? I was not able to edit any of the previous chapter at all. F*ck my busy life. Anyway, I don’t want to keep you guys waiting so I translated the next chapter. I wonder when I will have the time to edit the old chapters… Anyway, this is a good start. Enjoy!
Chapter below is fake, it is an original novel made by me my friends. Story is a bit messy because it was written by different people on different chapter without any planning on how it should go. Read it or ignore it, doesn’t really matter.
Chapter 7
“The Secret of the Elves”
After the blinding light, it seems that we are now in a dungeon, similar to those caves that you can see in video games. There are only candles lighting the place.
“Welcome to the Forest City of Elves, we are inside a cave that allows incoming transport magic. This cave is located at the edge of the city.” [Vine]
“Uhm.. Sorry to ask this, but may I know who are the 4 person with you?” [Takeo]
Vine-san was surprised, her eyes and mouth are wide open when I asked her the question. Was it really that surprising?
“I-I see, you can feel their presence. As expected of a Hero” [Vine]
“Actually no, I can se– Argh!” [Takeo]
Before I can finish my sentence, Henko did an elbow blow on my side… again… what’s with her? She loves doing that for some reason.
“Hahahaha” (You idiot! Don’t tell her your ability) [Henko]
She laughs and whisper to me in a very low voice, after that she face Vine-san again and talk.
“We can barely feel their presence but we do know that there are 4 people with you, are they your bodyguards?” [Henko]
“Feel their presence… I expect no less from the kin of our Founder. I apologize but for now they are our bodyguards, not just mine. However, I can only reveal one of them. Veruci dispel your stealth skill and reveal yourself” [Vine]
Huh? Why do we need so many bodyguards. You just want to invite us into your city right? Ma~ I guess she is an important person so it is reasonable if you calmly think about it.
“As you command, my sister” [Veruci]
After we heard a serious tone of voice answering Vine-san, a figure of a young man appeared next to her. He had black hair with bangs covering his left eye. He is wearing a leather armor and had a sword on his waist. He is somewhat an ikemen. What the heck? What’s with this world? So many ikemen, is the god of this world hate me that’s why they keep on appearing in front of me?
“Do not call me that when we are not at home!” [Vine]
“Yes sister” [Veruci]
“I just told you! Aah! Nevermind! This is my younger brother, his name is Veruci” [Vine]
“Veruci Altasta Nesben, at your service. I am 123 years old, my specialty is magic and reconnaissance. Pleasure meeting you” [Veruci]
The Veruci guy kneeled down in front of Henko and hold her hand while introducing himself. Henko was surprised and late to react on that gesture.
“o.. Okay?” [Henko]
Henko blushed and looks really cute. That guy. I will kill him. I ran and go in between Henko and the Ver guy.
“Hey! What do you think you are doing? Take your hands off of Henko!” [Takeo]
“My bad Takeo-sama, I cannot help myself when I see a beautiful lady such as her. I am a gentleman at heart and I swore to prote─” [Veruci]
Veruci is saying some nonsense when he suddenly stop in the middle of his sentence. He look at his back and in there, Jotaro was standing. Is he angry as well? He is kind of sending some kind of intimidating air.
“Hello Veruci, I think you already know but my name is Jotaro. Nice to meet you” [Jotaro]
Jotaro hold out his hand for a handshake. Veruci began to sweat and was looking at his hand. I had no idea that he was thinking something like this:
(What is this sense of danger? Did I do something bad? I guess a hand shake can’t hurt) [Veruci]
Veruci shakes Jotaro’s hand and Jotaro began to smile. Veruci mind is full thinking of something like this:
(Now I’m feeling something really bad. Something really really bad. I am in danger, my danger sensor is going haywire. What is this? Why do I feel something like this just from a handshake.) [Veruci]
Henko was looking at them as if she realize something and when she was about to say something, Jotaro look at her and she stop and froze in her position. What is happening?
They were shaking hands for a very long time. 1 minute, 2 minutes, 3 minutes? Huh? Does handshake take this long on this world?
“C-can you l-let go of my hand please?” [Veruci]
“Oh~ Sorry, I was lost in thought” [Jotaro]
Jotaro finally let go of Veruci’s hand. Veruci was sweating a lot. He must have been afraid of the smiling Jotaro.
“Since introduction is over, let me guide you into our mans─” [Vine]
Before Vine-san able to finish her sentence, we suddenly heard a voice.
“Vine-sama, someone is arriving fast. Please run quickly” (????)
“What?” [Vine]
“Ma~ Ma~ Ma~ Long time no see, Vine and Ver. Heroes, welcome to the city but too bad you will die here in this cave. This is the will of Yggdrasil, do not think badly of me” (????)
A macho guy appeared from nowhere holding a gigantic axe and was speaking to us in a friendly tone. The tone was friendly but the content is deadly. Oy oy. Looks like we are caught up in a dangerous situation.
