Yan Su looked away. She didn’t want to add him. Was she going to stand by being called a rubbish bin?
“Are you going to add me or not?” Mo Liuxi narrowed his eyes. His gaze looked menacing.
Yan Su continued staring at him before she quietly fished out her phone and added him again.
Jiaojiao was stunned. She thought she caved too easily. She was looking at Yan Su in a different light now.
After she added him, Mo Liuxi raised his brows happily and said, “Don’t delete me next time. Oh right, did you bring any food back from New York?”
He changed the topic so quickly that she took a while to react. “I went there for an event, not for fun, I didn’t have any time to go shopping.”
Even if she did buy any snacks from there, she wouldn’t have offered them to him. She thought, How dare he threaten me like that!
She didn’t know him well before. Now that she did, she knew that he was a complete glutton.
Mo Liuxi frowned before unhappily walking back to his apartment.
When the door shut, Jiaojiao sighed and said, “Su, are you guys flirting with one another…”
Yan Su’s features were squashed together. “How could that be?”
“I can understand, he’s so handsome after all,” Jiaojiao said. “Although we don’t have any rules to forbid you from dating, we should still be careful. You should prioritize your career at the moment. Love can come later. If he really likes you, he won’t mind waiting for you.”
Yan Su was amused. “I’m not interested, I swear. He’s my nemesis.”
Jiaojiao giggled and said, “There’s a saying. Isn’t it, ‘Foes become lovers?'”
Yan Su opened the door. Jiaojiao carried her suitcase into the apartment.
“Well, Su, if you really do it, remember to use a condom,” Jiajiao said.
Yan Su blushed thinking, She is really jumping to conclusions.
Unfortunately, the reminder came a little too late. She didn’t use the condom, but she took the pill. Hopefully it worked, even though she took it a little late.
“I won’t,” she insisted. “I made plans with the company. I’ll be moving to another place after the New Year. I’m not interested in relationships right now.”
“I’m just worried that you would be lonely at night. You two stay alone next to each other after all. You never know after spending so much time together,” Jiaojiao said with a laugh. “You can think about the lyrics for Director Li. I won’t disturb you.”
After Jiaojiao left, Yan Su went to take a hot shower. Soon after she got out of the bathroom, her doorbell rang.
She opened her door grudgingly knowing who it likely was. As expected, Mo Liuxi was standing there with two hairy crabs on a plate. They weren’t cooked, but they looked fat and delicious.
She looked at it and frowned. “I’m not eating it. I’m not your rubbish bin.”
Mo Liuxi blinked and grinned. “Don’t overthink, these are the ingredients for the seafood porridge tomorrow morning.”
Yan Su finally understood why Luosang felt like punching someone in the past. She flung the door shut.
Mo Liuxi stopped the door with his foot and asked, “What are you doing?”
“What do you think I’m doing?” Yan Su glared at him. “Can’t you tell that I’m upset? How could you call me a rubbish bin and then ask me to make you porridge? You… No woman will be able to stand you in the future.”
“Oh.” Mo Liuxi nodded his head. “That’s fine, I’m not interested in women anyway.”
“I don’t believe you,” Yan Su said. How could he say that when they had such a passionate night together? “I don’t believe… I don’t believe you don’t have any needs.”
“I do.” Mo Liuxi nodded his head. “But would I find a woman just to take care of those needs? I don’t think so.”
Yan Su was stunned. His words made sense.
