After he drove out of the villa, Mo Liuxi rolled his car to a stop along the road.
He went into Yan Jin’s WeChat account and unblocked all of his status updates.
Before, he didn’t understand why Yan Jin would ask him to pay more attention to his status updates and send articles on parenting to him. He finally understood his intentions now. He didn’t do it out of the blue; he had his best interest at heart. Yan Jin was dropping hints for him all along. How did he only realize that now?

When he unblocked Yan Jin, tons of photos spilled out in front of his eyes. Yan Jin posted many photos of him and Yan Yan.
The little baby in the photos was wearing a baby pink onesie and an orange knitted bear hat. Her eyes were watery and big. She had long lashes, rosy cheeks and fair skin like tofu. She had the most adorable smile in the entire world.
This was his daughter?
She resembled him in some ways.
He scrolled through more photos to when it was summertime. The little baby was wearing a t-shirt with cute shorts, lying on a rattan mat. She was sucking her thumb and looked like an adorable little piggy as she took her afternoon nap.
This didn’t look like Shi Xiang’s daughter at all. How could Shi Xiang ever have a daughter this perfect?
Mo Liuxi was feeling a little torn. He was honestly shocked when he found out that he had become a dad all of the blue. He was raised by a single mum and he never looked forward to having children of his own. He was still in college as well; he never expected himself to become a dad at such a young age.
He thought that he would at least be in his thirties or forties before he would become a father, but he wasn’t repelled by the idea, especially not by a baby girl. He would love to shower her with love and affection; his precious little baby.
It was too bad he missed the journey when she was born. It was all that bitch’s fault, An Ning. No wonder she ran away. Regardless, he would find a way to take his revenge even if she ran to every corner of the world.
After looking through all the photos of his daughter, Mo Liuxi sent a message to Yan Jin. “Jin, it’s been a while since we talked. Your brother is coming to Jiangxi to settle some business. Is it okay if I take you out to eat some good food?”
After about three minutes, a reply came in saying, “Who are you?”
Mo Liuxi replied, “???”
‘Ultra handsome Jin’ replied, “I am Jin’s mother.”
Mo Liuxi trembled slightly. He was talking to his future mother-in-law then.
He wasn’t prepared at all and was at a loss of what to say. She would be horrified if he just dropped the bomb and told her that he was the father of Yan Su’s child. She might even scold him to death.
‘Ultra handsome Jin’: “Although I don’t know who you are, you sound like a conman judging from what you just sent me. I don’t even know you, but I am Yan Jin’s mother. I won’t let you near my child. I’m warning you, stay away from us. My child is young and innocent, don’t bother him again.”
Mo Liuxi was speechless. Who could ever fool Yan Jin? He was bright and a sharp little thing. He paused before explaining himself saying, “Aunty, I am Yan Su’s friend. I’m not a conman. I’ll drop by and visit you sometime.”
‘Ultra handsome Jin’: “You’re trying to use my son to court my daughter? You’re really using all sorts of unscrupulous methods. Are you an anti-fan or some rich pursuer? I’m warning you. Stay away from both my son and daughter or else I’m going to call the police.”
Mo Liuxi replied saying, “No, aunty, there must be some misunderstanding…”
But he could no longer send any more messages to her as she had blocked him and removed him from her friend’s list.

He wanted to ask for their address in Jiangxi so that he could visit them. He wanted to drop by and thank her for all that she had done to raise his daughter.
