Next door, Yan Su stared at these five words as her cheeks flamed hot.
At six the next morning, Mo Liuxi prepared to go for a run and get groceries. Right when he opened the door, he saw Nian Junting leaning against the wall. He had been standing there for god knew how long, his eyes bloodshot. In his left arm was a bouquet of roses, in his right was a three-tiered lunchbox.
When he heard the sound of the door opening, he immediately turned around and walked over with his back straight.
Mo Liuxi was a little surprised. “When did you get here? Why didn’t you knock on the door?”
“I didn’t want to disturb Sangsang’s rest.” Nian Junting’s brows were furrowed. “I can imagine that last night, your sister must have tossed and turned for a long time without me there.”

After going in, Nian Junting placed the breakfast down. He secretly went to open the door to the spare bedroom, only to find that it was locked from the inside.
