At 2:40 am, four students from the medical faculty of Yun Hua University were gathered in front of the Inpatient Department .

The only thing bright about the building of the inpatient department was the LED sign that said [INPATIENT DEPARTMENT] . The interior of the ward was dark, like a man-eating beast that stood amid the bright and bustling city center of Yun Hua City .

The four medical interns, though, immediately relaxed . They called out in unison, “Doctor Yu . ”
“Hm . ” Yu Yuan hummed in acknowledgment . She walked out, dragging a long shadow behind her . She then continued, “It will be time to make ward rounds soon, so you guys have to hurry up . Also, what are your names?”
“Qi Zao . ”
“Zheng Yuandong,” the plump guy answered in a soft voice .
“Wang Rui . ” The thin and weak-looking guy raised his chin .
“Li Bian,” the other female student said obediently .
Yu Yuan nodded . “All of you are students from Yun Hua University, the same university Doctor Ling went to . Do put on a good performance in the hospital . ”
The four interns nodded obediently .
“After we make ward rounds, we’ll be heading to the operating theater . All of you, get ready and ask any questions you have beforehand,” Yu Yuan said and led the four interns into the elevator .
Qi Zao and the other medical interns were a little dumbfounded .
Zheng Yuandong the plump guy asked, “Since we’re going to the operating theater, does it mean that we’re carrying out a surgery?”
“Of course . ”
“Ah… are we really carrying out a surgery?” Other than Zheng Yuandong, the other medical interns exclaimed too .

Doctors in the operating theater were actually very willing to get photographs . This was especially true for some of the younger doctors . They often had the habit of taking their own photographs as reference .
This was even more so for the doctors who intended to write research papers . They could never have enough raw materials in the form of pictures .
Qi Zao was good with words, and she was an amazing photographer too . Hence, it was easy for her to obtain permission from doctors to photograph them .

The three other medical interns stood in the corner of the operating theater from the beginning to the end . They watched as Ling Ran operated on patients, and slowly, their eyes became accustomed to all the beauty in front of them .
