Jiang Xiu hadn't appeared at the Imperial University for a long time, and his dorm mates hadn't seen him for 2 months, so they were quite excited. The chilly autumn winds were breezing across the campus. It was already too cold right now. Cheng Lingran wore a full-body black down-filled garment, but her stature looked as tall and slender as before, not giving off an awkward feel at all. She took graceful steps towards the location they were supposed to meet, but when she arrived there, there was no sign of Jiang Xiu. Her pretty face became full of fury.
He hadn't called her even once for the past 2 months. The rage she felt wouldn't calm down unless she taught him a lesson. She didn't sit on the lawn like she usually did as it was too cold today. Jiang Xiu undid the hook of the necklace. Cheng Lingran understood that he wanted to tie it around her neck, so she drew her pretty hair back to match his actions, revealing her snowy neck. In his previous life, when the two of them had gone out and passed by a shopping mall, Cheng Lingran had stopped in front of a jewelry store which had a necklace worth 699 RMB on display, but she hadn't bought it.
