The surrounding soldiers were already taken care of by the invading troops. A dozen enemies fired with their guns at the Medic Station as a military jeep drove inside with a sturdy man donned in mercenary-like clothing. He signaled with his hand, following which those dozen troops fired at the jeep behind which Xiao Chu was hiding.
Gunshots flashed all around while only whizzing sounds of bullets were audible.
Though the jeep was quite durable, it couldn't endure this kind of concentrated fire. Xiao Chu, as well as the two other soldiers, couldn't even take a peek outside nor counterattack.
One of the soldiers asked, "Captain, what should we do now?"

The female military doctor who was in the car too cried out in surprise.

Soon after, they reached the destination. As the soldiers were driving vehicles, it made sense that the location was near. An ancient desert castle came into view at a distance. Once the vehicles entered inside, armed soldiers led them inside.
