This made Jian Yumin quite confused. Since when was Jian Yuncheng invested and concerned about his career?

The concert was a success and thus, this called for a celebration. Due to this reason, the rest of the band members planned to head out for a celebratory dinner.

“Isn’t it too late? Should we go home and rest?”
It was the first time that Jian Yumin and Jian Yujie heard Jian Yuncheng speak in such a tone! It appeared as though he was consulting someone else’s opinion for once!

Yu Xi was also standing by the side. Although he kept silent, he couldn’t help but wonder about what was up. Jian Yuncheng didn’t behave like this usually. This was not his usual self! This made him quite confused.
Everyone’s gaze fell on Jian Yiling.
Jian Yiling reached out her hand and tugged on Jian Yujie’s clothes before saying, “I’m hungry.”
She was hungry and therefore wanted a midnight snack.
It was okay to sleep a bit later. However, it was important to replenish one’s energy. It’s important to treat your stomach well.
Upon hearing this, Jian Yujie said in a hurry, “Well, let’s go and have a midnight snack together! Let’s celebrate the perfect ending to your concert today!”
Then, he turned around and directed his words to his brother Jian Yumin, “Hey, when are we planning to leave? Yiling is hungry already! She’s so thin, and you’re making her wait for you!”
“Okay okay, let’s go.”
Jian Yumin replied in exasperation. His brother was such a brat!
Following this, Jian Yuncheng said, “Well, count me in as well then.”
“Okay,” Jian Yumin replied. He couldn’t say no in such a situation.
Jian Yumin was still relying on Jian Yuncheng to take care of the family’s company in the future. He was waiting to receive dividends and profits.
And thus, Jian Yuncheng called Jian Yunnao before leaving. He told him that if he was sleepy, he could sleep in the car for a while. Or else, he could call for a driver to pick him up and take him home.
Jian Yuncheng didn’t plan on asking Jian Yunnao to join them for a midnight snack. The reason for this was because there was going to be a lot of people at the scene. Jian Yumin, Jian Yujie, and the other members of Jupiter were all going to be there.
Therefore, in this type of situation, it was inappropriate for Jian Yunnao to have a conversation with Jian Yiling.
Jupiter’s concert venue was held near a restaurant.
The restaurant belonged to the Yu family.
And thus, Yu Xi decided to give everyone a free meal.
Everyone got along quite well. The members of the Jupiter band were courteous and friendly.
Together, they had a great time.
Out of all the band members, Luo Xun talked the most. He was the youngest member of Jupiter. And he was also the one who liked to talk to Jian Yiling the most.
He appeared to be like a clingy little puppy with curly eyebrows.
The more Yu Xi looked at Luo Xun, the more anxious he became. Couldn’t Luo Xun see that Jian Yiling had three brothers protecting her?
Couldn’t he see that even as her neighbor, he didn’t dare to get too close to her?
Ahhh, this boy. He didn’t have any foresight.
Whilst they ate, Jian Yiling took out a paper bag and handed it to Jian Yumin.
“Congratulations. Your concert was successful.”
Jian Yiling had prepared a gift for Jian Yumin to celebrate the success of his concert.
It had been quite chaotic the backstage of the concert. As a result, she decided to give him the gift at the restaurant.
Upon seeing the familiar paper bag, the look in Jian Yuncheng’s eyes was ineffable.
Jian Yumin was stunned at first. He hadn’t expected to receive a gift today from Jian Yiling.
The surprise had come so suddenly. He didn’t know how to react at all.
Then, he couldn’t control the corners of his mouth upturning. He couldn’t hide his smile at all.

Finally, Yiling wasn’t wiping all her tears and snot on him! Instead, she was giving him a proper gift!
