Lin is a wicked person. She immediately scheduled a date time for the two meet. It set in Friday noon, which was tomorrow.
In fact, think of Anran turned down, but lost Lin’s long-winded and ‘blackmail’ worth should be under. In fact, she recently was busy for ‘Avon Park’ case. She thought that she could rest for a period of time but she did not expect the company would make an exception this time to collect a trainee. It was said that graduate school. Saying that what once took awards, Commissioner arranged directly with Anran.
The intern called Ling Lin. She looked beautiful. The men in the company was excited and made various hospitality while the women in the company was depressed. The women secretly whispered some harsh words with harsh language and also deliberately isolated her.
That day had been a good time and so Anran worked little faster. She went directly to the company’s restaurants, of course with only a few people who scraped their food. She hold a tray then directly went to a place to sit. She lied down but also looked at the process of construction site in the afternoon. In fact, she did not lift much time to eat, but she did not attend the morning rush out to eat breakfast, and now she was so hungry.
Anran ate quickly. She ate some dry food and swallowed diffculty. Fortunately, she hit the soup and drank it. The company cafeteria foods was so big pot of soup, rice mixed hard and soft, and no salty dish. The soup was the most tasteless. It contained seaweed, water, and no salt and monosodium glutamate.
Anran shook his head and continued to eat that tasteless meals.
Suddenly someone sat down across her. She hold a lunch box, which she knew that lunch box was from the famous ‘Youranju’. It was expensive. Anran looked up. She saw Ling Lin sat in front of her, smiled, and called her sweetly, “Gu .”
Anran nodded his head, and asked “how do you eat now? ”
“Too many people. I don’t like noisy environment, so I waited and came. ” Ling Lin said with a smile. She opened the boxes. A exquisite cuisine with Thailand rice cooked was tempting. Of course, it looked stark contrast with Anran’s tray.
Anran nodded her head. She looked at her meal and then looked at her meals, no more appetite. She was quite curious. She just an intern. How could she afforded such an expensive lunch. Anran bend and asked openly “This is takeaway ah. It was not a direct buy and eat where to eat and then come back to save time.”
” My father was afraid that I was not used to company meals. He let my family driver sent directly to me. “Ling Lin smiled. She caught in the mouth of sweet and sour pork ribs and tasted it. ” Gu try to taste this. It tasted good. ”
Anran was waving her hand and refused “No. I’m full.”
After she heard Anran’s rejection, Ling Lin put it back into the bowl. Looking for a topic, she asked ” Gu , if you want to change the taste, then tomorrow I can call my home driver to help you with parts. To tell the truth, I was really not used for cafeteria food.”
Anran smiled dryly. She had like to, but she didn’t want to spent a lunch which the price was more than half of her wages.
Anran looked at his watch. She was about to speak to leave when her cellphone rang on the table. It was Lin. She estimated that she want to tell her tomorrow about the blind date.
Nodded toward Ling Lin, she got up and left to pick up the phone. While she walked, she pressed the answer button and said “Hey, my big sis. What is the matter?”
“Ann, I just ……” Lin said. A change in tone, she surprisingly was hesitant to speak up.
“Ah ?” Anran inquiry should be the sound. She felt that Lin somehow sounded strange today. She asked ” You just.. what?”
“I just ……” Lin muttered. it seemed she considered her feeling. The final image was finally resolved. She quickly said ” I just saw Mo Fei!”
Anran almost did not recognize what she was saying, but eventually her brain processed it fast enough. Anran heard and also understood, Lin said she just saw Mo Fei!
Anran was silent, speechless. Unconsciously, she hold the cellphone with force.
“Ann?” Lin did not hear a respond from the other side of phone. She felt inevitably worried. She called out. She regretted it. Perhaps, she should never tell her.
“Ah, I am in.” Anran replied. Her tone was surprisingly calm. What Lin did not know was Anran grabbed her phone till her knuckles whitened.
“Ann, Are you okay?” Lin eventually did not trust her. She regretted it now. She cursed hundreds of times in her heart anxiously. Knowing that the man made multiple injuries to Anran, she blame her own mouth, what thing was difficult to hide.
“Oh, I can have anything.” Anran smiled dryly. The smile she had, even she could tell how false it was, but she also tried to be brave and said “How you talk to him, so many years, He had no change ah. ”
“I did not tell this unscrupulous greed vain man speak. It is simply an insult to myself.” Lin said angrily.
Anran with a wry smile, did not speak. In fact, Lin told her that the Earth is round, Hao went to the United States when he graduated, so the two had not met once since the past six years, but now since he came back, he could touch her in a city. “Ann, we went to the bar at night together, and I accompany you drink, we have fun!” Lin said rhetorically. In fact, She is worried about her, afraid of her cranky.
Anran laughed coldly. She could not smile. This was gratifying, she was so concerned about her friend. Anran felt really good. Hold the phone, her mood got to relax a bit. she said “I’m really all right. I said it, don’t think about their current situation. You don’t love yourself, I don’t care, just don’t spoil my daughter to be wronged. I can tell that you are anxious. Say, tomorrow, I’m going to see the one who you said Millionaire. I seriously want to succeed. ”
“Well, you really have to do it, don’t just talk about it. ” Lin was muttering on the other side of phone.
Anran went to the end of corridor. She looked out of the window. The sky was blue and white. She sighed and said “Lin, when I let go, I will let go. For six years, I was stupid, but it is enough. I will not let myself down. Even if not for myself, I will learn to be a little smarter, for my parents.”
On the other side of phone, Lin was silent for a moment. She earnestly said “Ah, you should have learned!”
