Internship is a year and a half. And he told her to wait for him to come back. Although long distance relationship is hard enough, but Lan Ning was still studying. So she did not feel much suffering as the time passes quickly.
She began to look for internship when Yu Mu Yuan said he is not sure when he will be coming back. Until she settled down to work, he said he is still not sure when he could come back.
Lan Ning finally felt that some was amiss. And the co-worker around her are also asking her to ask the real facts. With Lan Ning constant questioning, Yu Mu Yuan finally said that he do not intend to come home. Because his career has just started, he wanted the development to be more matured before coming back.
Lan Ning was very angry then. But at the same time, what is more laughable….. Yu Mu Yuan said to her, when he returned home, if she is still single, he would come to her.
Where on earth is there anyone so shameless?
Lan Ning then told him to break up. At first, Yu Mu Yuan disagreed to her request but in the end agreed when Lan Ning was adamant about it. After breaking up for a month, Lan Ning heard from another colleague from abroad that Yu Mu Yuan, after joining the company for a month, had already got himself a new girlfriend.
Learning the news, she did had a moment where she wanted to kill him! Lan Ning carefully recall for a while and realized that she really wanted to kill Teacher Xing Xin more.
As for Yu Mu Yuan, she only have an opinion…. Cheap!
She heard that the girl did not know that he had a girlfriend at home. She let the colleagues to ‘accidently’ issued the photo of him and her together. Just for her to see Yu Mu Yuan’s real ugly face, but in the end did not know how their relationship progress.

After the weekend, Monday arrived, ushering back into the work day. Everyone is listless after the warmth holiday.
“Good morning.” Lan Ning put her bag down and sat down. She switch on the computer.
“Good morning….” Apple weakly greated back and then bite into the bread in her hand. Lan Ning looked at her. There were two obvious dark circles under the eyes. “Where did you go last night?”
“My girlfriend is heart-broken and dragged me to drink until dawn.”
“Poor you.” Lan Ning took off her coat and went online to her QQ account.
“Good morning Teacher Xing Xin. Please carefully write your draft today oh!”
International practice, first thing after coming into work, urge Teacher Xing Xin for the draft. She sent out the message and then suddenly though of something. She turn to Apple and asked: “Do you like eating cauliflower?”
Apple listlessly looked at her: “Yes, I quite like it. Why?”
“It’s nothing.”
“Oh yeah, it is editor’s birthday today. We are going out tonight. You are free, right?”
“Editor’s birthday? I am free but I did not prepare a gift ah!” Lan Ning is a little depressed. Qu Tong has started her school and will have her meal in school, so she need not worry about her dinner. But what about the gift? Why only tell her now.
“We are buying a big cake. You just contribute to the purchase of the cake.”
“Oh, that is good ah.” Lan Ning was relieved to hear her saying that.
