“What are you looking at? Arrange a driver to send Mayor Zhang back to rest. Get the canteen to prepare some hot soup. All of you should drink the soup to sober up. Those that can’t sober up can go back and rest. All of you had done well today.”
Feng Yu patted Li Mingde’s shoulders. He did not know that this old man could hold his liquor so well. Although Li Mingde’s eyes were all red, he was still sober after drinking one bottle of Baijiu himself. Feng Yu was very impressed with him. Li Mingde’s arrangement to get Kirilenko drunk was also well planned.

“Manager Feng, Leader has a headache. He had drunk too much at noon. Is there anything important?” Secretary Liu asked curiously. Didn’t both of you had lunch together earlier?
Feng Yu showed a surprised expression: “Didn’t Mayor Zhang said that he wants to order a batch of Songjiang cars? I am here to discuss the quantity and model.”
Secretary Liu was sweating. The Mayor had said that earlier today to help the Machinery Company, and you took that seriously? Was this Manager Feng feigning ignorance?
Secretary Liu remembered the former secretary had instructed him to take precautions against Feng Yu. Feng Yu’s was too thick skin. He does not care about what others think of him. He will do anything to get what he wants!
“Manager Feng, please have a seat first. The Mayor has a meeting in a while and does not have time to talk to you about this.”
Feng Yu’s voice was loud, and if Mayor Zhang wanted to meet him, he would call out for him. But Zhang Ruiqiang had not called for Feng Yu. That means Zhang Ruiqiang does not wish to meet Feng Yu. It was Secretary Liu’s duty to stop Feng Yu.
Feng Yu sat on a chair by the wall and crossed his legs: “No problem. I can wait.”
Secretary Liu opened his mouth, but no words could come out. If it was others, they should get his meaning. The Leader does not want to meet you. But this Feng Yu was different from others and just sat there as if nothing had happened.
Secretary Liu was thinking in his heart. If the Leader does not call for you and I also ignore you, you will still have to leave.
But after a while, Feng Yu walked to the cabinet and took out a metal tin of tea leaves from the innermost of the drawer. Secretary Liu could no longer ignore Feng Yu.
“Manager Feng, Manager Feng, stop. You don’t need to use so much tea leaves. Just a bit will do.” Secretary Liu’s heart was bleeding. These tea leaves were priceless. Even the Mayor could not bear to drink!
“No worries. Don’t need to help me. Carry on with your work. I can help myself. I like my tea to be thick.” Feng Yu said, and he was still continuing to add tea leaves to his cup.
Secretary Liu snatched the tin of tea leaves from Feng Yu and looked at him. If this person were not Feng Yu, he would have called for security to chase him out. But this was not the first time Feng Yu had done this. Every time, the Mayor would just scold Feng Yu but had never given any instructions to his secretaries to stop Feng Yu from taking those tea leaves.

Although Secretary Liu had not seen the Mayor accepting any gifts from Feng Yu, he had not rejected Feng Yu’s offer to treat him to meals. Zhang Ruiqiang was aware when Feng Yu arrived. The door of his room was opened, and he could hear Feng Yu’s voice clearly inside his room.
But what was Feng Yu here for? He was here to sell his cars to the City. Zhang Ruiqiang still thought if that Russian had placed the order for the vehicles, then the City will just order one or two cars from Feng Yu. But Feng Yu was here to talk about the City’s purchase before that Russian had placed any orders.
Zhang Ruiqiang did not want to meet Feng Yu and wanted to find some excuse to brush off Feng Yu. But now it seems that this Feng Yu would not leave and will shamelessly stay there to wait for him! If he still does not call for Feng Yu, the office would be in a mess!

Zhang Ruiqiang lit a cigarette and sat down opposite Feng Yu: “What are you here for?”

Zhang Ruiqiang stared at Feng Yu angrily: “Stop talking nonsenses! I had told you before that the City has no plans to replace all our vehicles. I had said those things was to help your Machinery Company clinched the deal with that Russian. You take that seriously?
Feng Yu blinked and replied: “I took that seriously……”
