Li Dafu had planned to go out for some business today, but he received a call saying that a big boss will be coming to talk about a business deal worth over 10 million.

“Manager Li, Mr. Feng is here.” The secretary knocked on his office door and said with a weird expression.
“Hurry and invite Manager Feng in!” Li Dafu immediately stands up and walk towards the door.
A young man younger than 20 years’ old walked in. Li Dafu was thinking in his heart that why was this young man so rude. His boss had not even entered the room, why was he walking in front?
But after a while, Li Dafu noticed that no one else was coming. He looked at his secretary puzzled.
That young man stretches out his hand and smile: “Mr. Li, I am Feng Yu. We have spoken over the phone.”
Li Dafu stiffly shook hands with Feng Yu and had an unbelievable expression on his face. Although over the phone, he knew that Feng Yu sounded very young, but he thought that it was just the voice. But when he met the real person, he was shocked.
Is this Mr. Feng even 20 years’ old? He said that he has a business deal worth over 10 million, is he talking nonsenses?
“Mr. Feng, nice to meet you. Come, have a seat. Xiao Zhang, serve tea.”
Feng Yu looked at Li Dafu’s office and noticed that his office was nicely renovated. This made sense. Li Dafu was dealing in renovation materials now. If his office was poorly renovated, who would buy his renovation materials?
“Mr. Li might not know me, but I saw a few Songjiang motorcycles downstairs. Those motorcycles are manufactured by my company.”
Feng Yu had a sense of helplessness. His age often let people doubt him. Even when he dressed more maturely, he also can’t cover his youthful looks.
Li Dafu said with a shocked expression: “Songjiang Motorcycles is from your company? That’s amazing. This motorcycle had a beautiful exterior, and it was comfortable to ride on.”
Feng Yu was surprised that Li Dafu was riding a bike now? That means he does not have much money.

To Li Dafu, other than magnesium-aluminum alloy, his factory does not have any outstanding products that were worth Feng Yu to travel all the way from Bing City to Hangzhou.

Feng Yu noticed that the workshops Li Dafu brought him to, were all working on the finished products. He did not bring him to essential areas of the factory. This showed that Li Dafu was guarded against Feng Yu.
Feng Yu made an estimation of the production of the factory and then calculated the market value. He can estimate how much this factory can make in a year.
This factory was indeed making money, and with this factory, it would be easy for Li Dafu to become a multimillionaire. If he manages well and develops new products, he might even become a billionaire.
The factory’s operations were smooth and tidy. The workshops were clean and not messy. These prove that he had managed the factory well.
Back at the office, Li Dafu anticipated looked at Feng Yu. He had brought Feng Yu to look at the few prominent areas of his factory, and Feng Yu should be convinced of the capabilities of his factory.
“Mr. Li, your factory is doing well. Will you still remain in this industry in the future?” Feng Yu suddenly asked.
Li Dafu paused for a while. Shouldn’t you be talking about your orders now?
“I will be doing this temporary. When the factory developed, I will consider doing other things.”
“What do you think about the motorcycle industry?”
Li Dafu was feeling puzzled. Why was this Feng Yu asking weird questions? He was the one in the motorcycle manufacturing business, and he was dealing in renovation materials. What has his company’s development got to do with him?
“Mr. Feng, I do not understand what you mean.”
“Mr. Li, I will be truthful with you. Your factory’s growth now might seem to be doing well. You have tens of millions of sales a year, and your profits should be a few million. But sorry to say this, no matter how your factory grows, the scale will remain the same. It will be hard for your factory to develop any further. There are many factories in the market that is producing the same products as yours. Many factories have the same technologies as yours.”
Li Dafu frowned and asked: “What are you trying to say?”
“Mr. Li, do you have dreams?”

Dreams?
Someone who was not even 20 years’ old wants to talk about dreams with him. He was almost 30 years’ old. This Feng Yu was too weird. But over the years, Li Dafu had met many kinds of businessmen. There were some who even discuss religions with him.
“Mr. Feng, everyone has dreams, and there are different types of dreams.” Li Dafu gave a general reply.
Feng Yu was not satisfied with Li Dafu’s reply. His first impression of Li Dafu was good, and he could tell that this li Dafu was a proud person.
That’s why Feng Yu wants to talk to Li Dafu about dreams. It was just like how Apple recruited the Pepsi President. Apple talked about visions. Steve Jobs’ legendary pitch to the President of Pepsi at that time became famous: "Do you want to sell sugared water for the rest of your life? Or do you want to come with me and change the world?"
“Mr. Li, then I will talk about my dreams. Look at our country now. After China had opened up, lots of foreign brands had entered. This had a great impact on our Chinese brands. Although the economy might be seeming to be doing well now, most of the money was earned by the foreigners. My dream is to stop foreigners from taking money away from China. My dream is to earn those foreigners’ money.”
Feng Yu did not talk about bullshits like building and strengthening China. He talked about making money.
“Mr. Feng is someone with great ambitions and have a big dream. I have also thought of this. Just look at my magnesium-aluminum alloy sheets. Before my factory had succeeded in producing this alloy, we have to import it from overseas. The prices were ridiculous. It was just like what you had said. All our money were earned by the foreigners. But now, those foreigners cannot make use of these alloys to earn money from us. This is because of me and others that are like me.”
Feng Yu smiled slyly: “That means we have the same dream. Then are you interested in working together with me towards our dream?”
