Chapter 265 – Playing in the Snow

After lunch, Feng Yu put on all his gear. Hat, gloves, and scarf were essential gear. He must also tighten his belt and tuck his pants into his socks. The shoelaces must also be tied tightly. Feng Yu said in a muffled voice: “We are having a snowball fight. Of course, I have to protect myself.”
“Who is going to have a snowball fight with you? How old are we now? You think we will still have snowball fights like those kids?” Wen Dongjun said. “We are going to make snowmen. Zhang Han and Li Na wanted to build snowmen last winter, but you were not around.”
Feng Yu looked at Li Na embarrassedly. Li Na wanted to build a snowman, and he thought that she wanted to have a snowball fight. But isn’t making snowmen also for kids?

Feng Yu walked out of the classroom with 7 – 8 female classmates behind him. Feng Yu had a helpless expression when he joined Li Na and the rest. He did not know that there were so many students in the class. Usually, they would return home during lunchtime. Even if the public transport was slower during winter, they could still walk back…… Why were they still here?
Li Na and the other female classmates were friends, and soon they were building a snowman together. Wen Dongjun and Zhang Han were from another class, and they stick together. Feng Yu was left alone.
Feng Yu was screaming in his heart. There were so many of you and why can’t all of you play on your own. Why must you interrupt us? Even if you interrupt us, you should not leave me out!

Feng Yu quickly made a big snowball. He wanted to wet the snowball and then add more snow to make it bigger. But all he had was a bucket and how can he get the water on the snowball?
If he put the snowball in the bucket of water, the snowball will melt. If he splashes water on the snowball, the snowball will shatter. Feng Yu could only slowly scoop out water from the bucket using his hand slowly.
“Eh? Feng Yu, why are you making an ice ball?” Wen Dongjun walked over and asked. You should be using snow for a snowman. You are not making an ice sculpture.

When Feng Yu was about to start on the second snowball after finishing the first snowball, he noticed that the water had frozen!
What to do now? Without water, it will be slow to make a big snowball. Feng Yu looked around and saw that there was a big snowball beside Wen Dongjun. Feng Yu rolled that snowball away when Wen Dongjun was not noticing. The size was just right. Wen Dongjun must have prepared that snowball for him.
Feng Yu opened the bottle of ink. Luckily, the ink had not frozen. He used the broom handle to paint the ink on the snowball. He drew two black circles as the panda’s eyes.
Eh, the panda was still missing two arms. Feng Yu used his leg to crush the ice in the bucket. He ignored his shoes which were wet from the ice in the bucket and made the panda’s arms using snow and water.
Feng Yu stepped back and admire his masterpiece.
There were many snowballs there, and there were almost many snowmen. But most of the snowmen were using tree branches and carrots as arms. His snow panda was really the best in the whole school.
Li Na was making a snowman with the rest of the girls, but she kept looking over at Feng Yu’s direction. When she realized that Feng Yu had made a snow panda, she was excited.
Feng Yu knew that Li Na likes pandas and he purposely made a panda from snow for her. Because of this snow panda, his hand was hurting from the cold.
Li Na ran over and used her gloves to cover Feng Yu’s freezing hands: “Why are you so silly? Your hands are hurting from the cold. What’s your snowman’s name?”
Name? Name it as Panda?
Feng Yu blinked and said: “I had not thought of a name for my masterpiece. You can call it whatever you want.”
With Li Na warming his hands, everything else was not important. This was true bliss. Feng Yu felt that time passes too slowly. If they were in University now, they could do more “Blissful” things together.
“Bam!”
A snowball hit Feng Yu’s body.
“Wen Dongjun, die……!” Feng Yu made a big snowball and threw at Wen Dongjun.
A showdown between the both of them started and soon the other female classmates joined. Everyone had a good time playing in the snow.
Feng Yu was chasing Li Na, and Li Na slipped. Feng Yu tried to hold on to her, but he also fell down. As they were falling, Feng Yu twisted his body to cushion Li Na’s fall with his body.
Because of the fall, Li Na and Feng Yu’s lips touched. Feng Yu was smiling like a fool, and Li Na’s face turned red…….
