When the party was took place in crowded, suddenly a guard respectfully faced Liok Kong and reported, “Lo-ya (great lord), there is a group of dancers outside who come to entertain you.”
Liok Kong was surprised but also happy.
“Dancers? Where and who told him to come?”
“Sorry, lo-ya. I dare not immediately give them permission to enter because I was also surprised. However, according to the dancers, they was ordered by a piauwsu in the town of Buncu in Cekiang Province as a contribution, because the Piauwsu could not come alone.”
Liok Kong remembers and does not feel that he has an acquaintance of Piauwsu in Cekiang, but because he is eager to see the dancer, he then gives order, “Tell him to come in, so I will ask them myself.”
The guard smiled meaningfully, “Lo-ya will not be disappointed. The dancer is really beautiful as an angel!”
Even though his heart felt so happy hearing these words, but before so many guests the Kang-Ouw people who looked with laughter, he pretended to be angry, “Do not talk too much! Hurry to get them in!”
The guard saluted and went out again. Soon he came in with a group of people consisted of a female dancer and three old men holding a musical instrument. Seeing the dancer, immediately Liok Kong’s intentions to find information about the piauwsu disappeared.
He just stood staring wide-eyed and it was not just him who looked with awe. In fact, almost all the eyes of the male guests watched in awe and there were praises here and there from the mouths of the younger guests.
The dancer is a virgin of eighteen and as beautiful as a gooddess, just as the guard said. Her white yellow-skinned face was like milk, picturing redness on her cheeks, like a blooming botanical blossom. His eyes were pellucid and beautiful, shining smooth and wiry but very sharp and clear as the eyes of a Hong bird.
Don’t know what is more beautiful, a pair of eyes or a pair of lips. Her lips are shaped beautiful, small full of thin skinny, fresh reddish color like ripe fruit. Her small, sharp nose and a pair of dimples on either side of her cheeks perfect her beauty. Her hair is somewhat untidy, neatly arranged, but this, occasionally does not diminish her beauty, even bring her fairness to her face, adding to the sweetness that really excites every man’s heart.
Her body is seductive, sleek and full, wrapped in beautiful silk clothing and compact pieces. Her shirt was pink and a shirt made of silk in a breeze molded her body and brought a truly magnificent sight. The trousers were short, of blue silk and the clothes were still covered by a large yellow coat. Her shoes were black and full of dust, signing that this beautiful girl had come from far away.
The three old men who followed her and carrying musical instruments looked like ordinary musicians, and they seemed a little timid entering the beautifully lavishly furnished building room filled with scary-faced guests. However, the dancer girl quickly advanced and knelt in front of Liok Kong after the guard told her that the old man in luxury was the Liok-wangwe.
“I came with a message from Tan-piauwsu in Buncu to convey wish you long life and highest honor to the Liok-loya,” the voice coming out of this beautiful lips is very melodious like a bird song.
Liok Kong stood stock-still on the floor, unable to move and apparently only his heart was moving faster than usual. He no longer cared about who the Tan-piauwsu was, but he quickly bowed and grasped the shoulders of the dancer, lifted him up and said, “Good miss, it is a great honor to have such a great contribution from Tan-piauwsu. It is a coincidence you come here to entertain the guests, so hurry up and show your ability to dance!”
This old playboy feel how the dancer’s shoulders although covered with clothes, but soft, tender, and warm. Also from the dancer’s hair was smelled a fragrance that made his spirit fly far into the seventh heaven. He quickly gave orders to his servants to prepare an empty place in the middle of the room for this dancer so that the show could be enjoyed by all visitors.
“Sorry, lo-ya,” said the dancer with her meek attitude and a sharp glance at her eyes, “These three lopek (old uncles) are ordinary musicians who are rented by me, because from Buncu, I don’t bring musicians myself.”
“It’s okay, it’s okay!” replied the rich host in happy, “The important thing is not the gamelan (Javanese musical instrument), but your dance. Uh, what’s your name, Miss?”
“What’s the meaning of a dancer’s name like me, lo-ya?”
Liok Kong smiles and tries to make his thick lips smile sweetly, not feeling that this attempt fails at all and his smile makes his face look grinning unattractive.
“A beautiful girl must have a beautiful name too!” said a young guest who had a wild eye. Seeing how a young man can exist in this room, it can be assumed that he is an important person. It really is.
