"Jin Mu, I'm gonna replace you on the Qingyun Rankings!" Leng Yuecui yelled in an intimidating tone. With the use of the Star-Turmoil Techniques, Leng Yuecui's confidence rocketed. The prior fear of Jin Mu was long gone. Her rainbow-like striking momentum permeated the whole area with the sword waving.

Although she was a girl, her steadfast fighting will was not inferior to her male counterparts. Her moves and offensives were getting increasingly forceful. With she closing in, Jin Mu retreated accordingly. Granted he took all his capacity into full play, he was not able to get back at Leng Yuecui.

Having no time to wipe off streams of cold sweat from his forehead, Jin Mu spotted the sword weirdly getting at his chest after Leng Yuecui waved it for several times. The irresistible momentum was so mighty that it could literally slit the spacious firmament. It rendered Jin Mu's defence useless in the blink of an eye. Jin My let out a wave of startled cries and staggered back and forth. He stared at Leng Yuecui's sword, terribly threatened. He even didn't notice drops of cold sweat falling in to his eyes.

A sound of crack went off, leaving a rift in Jin Mu's clothes right away. Without hurting him, Leng Yuecui withdrew her sword.

Defeating Jin Mu enabled Leng Yuecui to finally hold her head high. As the tip of the sword touch Jin Mu's chest, she beamed radiantly, looking over at Wandong in spite of herself.

She supposed Wandong would share her happiness on defeating Jin Mu. However, she was mistaken again. Wandong retained his stern look with no sign of mitigation. And he even tightened his kitted eyebrows.

"Why did you stop?" Wandong asked, dissatisfied.

"I already won..." Leng Yuecui responded with a trembling voice, with her raptures vanishing without a trace on seeing Wandong's reaction.

"But I see him stand there still. He didn't fall at all! You took the duel as a martial ring without proceeding?" Wandong asked in a furious tone.

"Then...Then what do you want me to do?" Leng Yuecui asked in return, utterly baffled. She found it exceedingly hard to figure out Wandong.

As a matter of fact, Wandong didn't mean to kill Jin Mu, but he wouldn't for the life him let Jin Mu get away with it like this. First of all, Jin Mu came from the Tiezhan Empire, an adversary of the Tiandu Kingdom. Secondly, Jin Mu was by no means a magnanimous character. Ye Mei would suffer again if he didn't get a tough lesson today. With the two ideas in mind, Wandong had made a decision. Jin Mu would either die or get badly injured today.

"What? What do you mean by that? Could it be said you want to kill me once and for all? If you have balls, come and do it yourself. Impress me with your abilities!" Jin Mu yelled with rage. He was indignant enough after loosing it to Leng Yuecui. Seeing Wandong determined to put him to death, he boiled with anger.

"Heh. The defeated opponent, who allowed you to make a sound here?" Leng Yuicui asked angrily. Her slacked her hand a bit and the tip of the sword pricked into Jin Mu's flesh. Albeit not badly injured, Wandong was overwhelmed by the sharp pain.

"You!" Jin Mu glared at Leng Yuecui to the extent that his eye sockets would split. On recalling Leng Yuecui's marvelous swordsmanship, he contained his fury instead.

"Very well. I'm gonna let you have what you want!" Wandong said with a grim grin and strode up.

Seeing Wandong ready to have a duel with Jin Mu startled Leng Yuecui. She hastened to say, "Xu Yaoting. Calm down! His cultivation has reached a high level, you're not..."

Leng Yuecui held back the latter part "you're not his equal" ― it would be counter-productive as Xu Yaoting might get further provoked. The genuine Star-Turmoil Techniques was indeed forceful, but its deadly might would not come into full play without the catalyst of sufficiently high-level cultivation. Jin Mu's cultivation level was even higher than Leng Yuecui, which had already reached the intermediate level of the third stage. Wandong's duel with Jin Mu, in her eyes, was no different from asking for an insult.

"If you do have balls, I'll keep you company along the way," Jin Mu said. Wandong's acceptance of his challenge elated him to the full.He assumed it was all because Wandong was irritated by him so much that he lost his marbles. Having suffered a great deal today, he decided to teach Wandong a harsh lesson to vent his anger.

"Leng Yuecui, let go of him!" Wandong said regardless of Leng Yuecui's anxious look, waving his hand.

"But..." Leng Yuecui attempted to rebut.

"I said, let him go!" Wandong yelled impatiently in her mid-sentence, sounding steadfast.
