After saying that, she scolded An Yimin, “And you, seriously, why are you making Yu Yu stand there? Hurry up and let her sit!”

She went back into the kitchen to get Jiang Yu some water.

Soon, Xun Shaorong walked out and handed her a light blue ceramic cup. Jiang Yu thanked her and when she looked down into the cup, she was stunned.
There was a slice of lemon in the cup.
Xun Shaorong said thoughtfully, “Just how you like it, lemon in water. It’s fresh, I just bought it today. Also, I’m preparing some of your favorite dishes for lunch today. I bought them specifically for today. I bet it’s been a long time since you’ve had these dishes, right?”
After Xun Shaorong reported the list of dishes, she asked, “Is there anything else you want to eat? Just tell Mommy, I’ll get your daddy to go out and buy it now.”
An Yimin coughed twice.
“Ahem.”
Xun Shaorong glared at him. “What? Is your throat itchy? If it’s itchy, then take some medicine. Why do you get sick the moment Yu Yu gets here? Go away, don’t infect Yu Yu.”
An Yimin was anxious. Why didn’t she understand him?
What do you mean by “just tell Mommy”? What about “ask your daddy”? Yu Yu has already returned to the Jiang family. How could they still think of themselves as Jiang Yu’s parents?
