“Haha, don’t worry, Jun Bro, I wouldn’t do something I had no confidence in!” Lin Yi smiled.
Right- if it were the old Lin Yi, he would go and kill House Yu right away, but the Lin Yi now was a lot more composed. Revenge took strategy. It’d be stupid for him to just charge in and die if things went south.

“A conjecture is enough- just looking at them makes me pissed. A conjecture is just another reason for me to kill them.” Li Yi said flatly. “Without anywhere to relieve this anger, might as well throw it on them!”
“I… Alright, do what you want.” Huaijun smiled bitterly. “Right, another thing! Eagle, these days when I was tidying up old files, I found our old war mates’ information. “Yes, she’s sixteen this year, a ninth-grader. She should be having her exams soon!” Huaijun said. “She’s called Ying Ziyu, in Fushan High, ninth grade, class six.”
“Ying Ziyu,” Lin Yi sighed. He didn’t know how a little girl managed all these years. “No parents or relatives?”
“No, her parents are operatives as well. Both died in a mission. Armadillo had been raising his sister by himself!” Huaijun said. “To feed his sister, Armadillo took on special training from a young age, becoming an operative, except…”
“Stop…” Lin Yi felt an urge to cry- how did Ying Ziyu get by all these years? Did she even know that her brother had sacrificed himself, along with her parents?
“I found this through the name system- if she wasn’t in Songshan, it’d be really hard to trace her! “Yes…” Huaijun sighed. “This is also why I wanted you to go, captain- you’re about the same age as her, it should be easier. I don’t even know how to tell her!”

Lin Yi was her brother now that Armadillo was gone. He needed to take care of her! Armadillo and Huaijun were the same. They were people who he entrusted his life to, and they entrusted their lives to him!

“Oh? Is it to visit that sister of that someone you were talking about?” Xiaoxiao hadn’t heard much, but she got some parts of it.

“Alright, let’s go! I’ll go with you!” Xiaoxiao could understand Lin Yi’s emotions- her father was in the same type of job, and some of his friends had lost their lives in missions as well. Her father would always feel really down when that happened.
