With that, he extended his hand for a handshake.
“House Yu? Yu Feng? Why are you here?” Lingshan blinked, not expecting to meet a Yu here. Nor did she understand why Yu had become her fiance.
Yufeng felt awkward that Lingshan wasn’t shaking his hand, but he kept talking, “Lingshan, I believe Grandpa Song’s already told you about us, right? I was about to ask you out tomorrow, but I was scouting for a good place…”
“Wait about us? What us? What did my grandpa say to me?” Lingshan interrupted, her brows knotted.

“Shanshan, this marriage I got for you. All the noble houses are envious of it!” Xiangwen said, his face turning serious. “Feelings can be developed, Shanshan, but it’s extremely difficult to find someone as outstanding as Yu Feng!”
“Grandpa… I… I already have someone I like…” Lingshan gritted his teeth.
“Someone, you like?” Xiangwen blinked before his face darkened. “Who? It’s not that House Chen kid, is it?”
“No, it’s not, grandpa! Stop asking!” Lingshan naturally couldn’t just say it was Lin Yi, firstly because his identity was a sensitive subject, and secondly because ha already had a girlfriend. She couldn’t tell her grandpa that she wanted to be a mistress, could she?
