“Submit to you?” Nailisi sighed and stopped talking . However, the sarcastic undertones were obvious .

Grand Duke Jatan laughed and wiggled the bottle in his hand . “Guess what is it . ”
“Yeah, I know, my death,” Nailisi answered calmly .
“No, this is your new beginning . You’ll understand soon enough that it doesn’t make a difference who you follow . ” The Grand Duke swiped at the mouth of the bottle lightly . A pointy needle shot out of the bottle .
Nailisi was devoid of strength . The rules imbued with the web were not resistible by a level ten luoluokaluo like her . Nailisi regretted not taking her golden dragon form . The power of the golden dragon had properties allowing her to resist rules . At the very least, she would not end helpless against a bottle of drugs .
The needle was stuck right below her eyes . Nailisi felt a cooling sensation in her body . If it had been others, they would have been confused, but she knew that the drugs were trying to take control of her body .

Grand Duke Jatan was forced to take out another bottle and inject the contents into Nailisi’s body . That time, Nailisi finally looked up at the Grand Duke . Her eyes were pink .

Nailisi cast a demon skill that did not require any power for support—a demon curse . It was something that demons were able to use when they were near death .
Nailisi finished casting the curse, and tears formed in the eyes of the two remaining heads . Her body began to crumble . The requirement for using the skill was harsh, as it required said demon to pay with their life . It was the simplest requirement there was .
Grand Duke felt something happening to his body . The feeling was eerie and peculiar, as if some power fell onto him out of nowhere .
Nailisi’s words made him shiver . Her adamant refusal caused him extreme distress . However, greed lingered in his mind and the remaining bit of luck he felt made him swing his blade .
He wanted to stop her body from crumbling . Every part of Nailisi’s body would be able to serve as material for crafting equipment .

“Stop!”
Saleen’s voice was heard from the end of the canyon . He emerged from the teleportation portal and sensed that something was disappearing in the depth of his soul . It was the soul contract with Nailisi .

The Grand Duke shouted and slashed again . Nailisi’s third head was cut off . Her devil form was barely able to keep her upper body up when it hit the ground . The devil form was no longer able to close the wounds using the power of her muscles .
Red blood sprayed from her wounds, shooting high and causing a rain of blood within her immediate vicinity .
“Myers, help her,” Saleen told the Water Fox . The Thunder Dragon Blaster appeared on his left arm . Four dragon claws clung to her arm and the mouth of the dragon opened . Seven lightning icicles shot out at the very same time .
The Water Fox nodded in acknowledgment . She sensed Saleen’s anger and heartache .
It’s just a demon . Do you need to feel that much?
The seven lightning icicles flew right before Grand Duke Jatan in an instant . The Grand Duke’s mind seemed to be plunged into the abyss . Electrical arcs danced around the icicles and a thunderous rumble was heard . The rumble slowed his skills down, making it difficult for him to cast them .
The Grand Duke shouted and a layer of red armor appeared on his body .
It was a skill possessed only by level ten individuals—True Might Armor!
Six lightning icicles formed a magic array and sent blue electrical arcs flying around the Grand Duke’s body . The True Might Armor crumbled between the arcs and the last, huge icicle at the center penetrated the Grand Duke’s heart .
The lightning icicle was infused with intense power . It unleashed high temperature with electricity . The True Might Armor was still there when the high temperature vaporized the Grand Duke’s body, leaving an empty shell .
The Grand Duke was not supposed to have ended so pathetically . He had many skills and was experienced in combat, but Nailisi gave her life to cast a demon curse before she died, slowing him down .
All of his people were baffled at the death of Grand Duke Jatan .
“Retreat!” the level ten mage shouted . While the Grand Duke was dead, there was still the Grants . They would only need to elect a new Grand Duke . The enemy was ferocious, and it was unwise for them to stay behind and fight .
Cloudflow people usually looked elegant, but were cowards as soon as their defeat was confirmed .
“Leaving eh?” Saleen’s expression was ferocious . He had no idea if the Water Fox’s nature divine spells would be able to revive Nailisi, but the sorcerer who shouted retreat was holding Nailisi’s shield . He shall die!
