Chris Payton saw Dai Li and Halls Frast .
"Is this the king of football that you were talking about?" Payton asked with a frown .
"Actually, he's the future king of football," Dai Li answered with a smile .

"Halls plays football with Santiago . I heard that there were several other kids with them . Some of them Mexicans, Colombians, but not a lot of Americans .
