The three hundred meter long voidship with a shark-like bow slammed into the Demon-Hunter's Prism Fortress which was about a thousand meters away from Grimm and others . The deafening explosion of the collision shook the earth as the outer metal skin of the voidship was torn, scattering its parts all over the sky .

The flying debris hauled a long trail of flames . Bang! They then crashed within the vicinity of the Voidship wreckage .
A two-meter mechanical part of Prism Fortress was torn apart by the collision, separated from the ship, but was then contained by the Demon-Hunters within the protective layer of Magical Array .
A piece of metal over ten meters long splashed huge raindrops towards Grimm as it passed by his side . Then, with a sound of a deafening "snap", those raindrops rolled into large ripples . Other metal fragments struck several Fallen Amonro and Soul Slave .
Coming from within the Voidship wreckage was a red mushroom-like flame soaring into the sky . Blistering with overpowering heat, the rain vaporized instantly into steam around it . Massive ripples formed on the waterholes on the land surface as well .
Above the metal wreck, the Bright Sorcerers who fled the spaceship finally flew to the Prism Fortress .
"Contact Void Fortress Battle Command . The third Battle Command have suffered great losses and has been successfully withdrawn . " A second-level Bright Demon-Hunter airship crewman shouted at the Prism Fortress' Bright Demon-Hunter .
"Affirmative . "
Prism Fortress' Bright Sorcerer Executive rapidly took control of the Prism Fortress, contacted a Prism Stone through smart Mechanical Marionettes and transmitted the message to the Void Fortress .

Grimm raised his head and gazed upon the sky . A hundred-meter-tall elemental giant lead thousands of Demon-Hunters who were attempting to run from the battle . Numerous heavily damaged voidships flew across while making abnormal screechings of mechanical friction followed by groups of Fallen Amonros and Soul Slaves .
Such a scene caused every Demon-Hunter in Prism Fortress to feel extremely uptight .

Grimm looked up with his Mask of Truth . The light of the Prism Fortress was too insignificant compared with the overbearing tide of the Amonros .
As a result, a dozen Bright Demon-Hunters hurriedly formed a line . However, the rushing Amonro torrent overpowered them . Prism Fortress' last line of defense, the Ultimate Sorcerer Barrier, only sustained a few breaths before it was ruthlessly destroyed .
The eyes of Demon-Hunters hidden within the Prism Fortress were filled with despair . In a blink of an eye, they were torn into pieces by Amonro from all directions . The Prism Fortress too was slammed . It then collapsed and was completely destroyed .

Grimm's vision went blurry for a moment . The next thing he knew, he was standing on a megalithic cliff sheltered from the rain .
"Hey? Young Master, you are finally here . What happened to Prism Fortress?" asked Myna as he landed on Grimm's shoulder .
Grimm immediately cast a direction locator spell and quickly flew toward the Void Fortress . Raindrops tapped on his Sorcerer Barrier as he pierced through the rain, leaving a trail of vapor under the dark sky .
"It is happening . Like you said before, the whole world struck back . "
Grimm's voice was low and hoarse . The Prism Fortress's downfall was within seconds . It made Grimm feel peculiarly small .
At this moment, Grimm felt for the first time that he was nothing more but insignificant in the face of the grandeur of a world-changing law and order .
"Hey, what did I tell you? The moment a great modification of a world's law takes place, everything must be done as fast as possible . Otherwise, once the limit has been exceeded, the consequences of a World Cataclysm would most likely mean the extinction of certain species . "
Myna, however did not worry about all of these .

As the Void Fortress gradually gained altitude, the blood-colored metal gradually strengthened Grimm's heart with safety and security . Grimm noticed that the Demon-Hunters which gathered had significantly increased in number . Demon-Hunters came from all directions and assembled within the Void Fortress .
It seemed like other Prism Fortresses failed to hold themselves on the strategic defensive points .
The Fortress Battle Command had issued the highest operational command . All Demon-Hunters must lead every Demon-Hunting Magic Power entity they could get hold of, including Fallen Amonros and Soul Slaves . They would gather at the Void Fortress to prepare for the final defensive measures .
To Grimm, everything that was happening in Shadow World seemed too vague to be real .
For decades, this Demon-Hunting Conquest ran smoothly without any significant obstacles . Who would expect that within the short period of half a month, the scales had tipped in such a dramatic way, turning the tide against them!
Just a hundred meters from the Void Fortress was a semi-spherical object drifting silently in the air . Countless Demon-Hunters, Soul Slaves, and some Fallen Amonros surrounded it in the sky .
Fully armed Mechanical Marionettes flew out from the base of the Void Fortress took their defensive positions above the square .
It was like a gigantic mouth of an abyss monster . Within it's base, the dark and cold Prodigious Shatterer was already protruding towards the opening .
Grimm flew over a patrolling voidship and landed on the busy Void Fortress metal square .
